(*One week after the opening, walk-ins may be accepted depending on the on-site situation.) - Usage Time : 50 minutes per session > (Session 1 12:00-12:50, Session 2 13:00-13:50, Session 3 14:00-14:50, Session 4 15:00-15:50, Session 5 16:00-16:50, Session 6 17:00-17:50, Session 7 18:00-18:50, Session 8 19:00-19:50, Session 9 20:00-20:50) - Entry Limit : 50 people per entry. - Online reservation open:1/27 (MON) 15:00 PM (TST) - Reservation Steps > Step1:Sign up or log in on the ACCUPASS website / app. > Step2:Select your desired date and session on the reservation page, then click the 'Register Now' button at the bottom of the page. > Step3:Fill in the information of the entrant, then check the 'Agree' box below and submit. > Step4:After completing the reservation, the reservation information will be sent to the email associated with your registered account. > Step5:You can check the entry QR code on the 'My Ticket' page or app. >Step6:After checking your QR code ticket in the waiting line, please follow the instructions and wait, then enter sequentially according to the on-site guidance. [ENTRY INSTRUTIONS] - Online reservations are available for each session for 50 minutes. For smooth entry, please arrive at the waiting line 10 minutes before the start of your session. If you miss the time, the session will be canceled, and entry will not be allowed. - When making an online reservation, please use your own ACCUPASS account and fill in the same information as on your ID card. -Entry is only allowed once during the reserved session, and re-entry is not permitted after exiting. If you enter late, you must leave at the originally scheduled time. - Each session requires waiting in line for check-in and entry, and entry may be delayed depending on the on-site situation. [ENTRY PRECAUTIONS] - If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, please cancel your reservation directly on the website at least 24 hours before the session starts. Canceled reservations will be automatically released through ACCUPASS. - Please wait in the designated area in order upon confirming your entry reservation. - Chairs and folding chairs which may block the passage are not allowed while waiting. - Please refrain from actions that may disturb other customers. [STORE POLICY] - Visitors who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions: - Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. - CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. - Only service animals are allowed inside the store. - We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. - Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. - Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. - Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. - For a safe and comfortable experience, please follow the instructions of staff. [PURCHASE POLICY] - Payments can be made by physical card and cash. - The purchase limit per person may vary depending on the situation. Please check the notice at the pop-up store for updates. - Please check the product for any defects before making a payment. - Exchanges and refunds are not possible due to simple change of mind, personal reasons, inability to wait, or failure to comply with event regulations after payment. - If the product is defective, exchanges are only possible within the operating hours of the pop-up store (receipt must be presented). Please check the product for defects immediately after receiving it, as refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after the pop-up store has closed. - If the item is out of stock and cannot be reserved for exchange, it can be exchanged for a different product. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value, and if you choose a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. - Exchanges will be processed after confirmation by store staff and may not be possible in the following cases: 1. Photo card exchange and return policy: Due to the nature of the material,slight scratches may occur, which are not eligible for exchange or refund. Any dents, scratches, ink marks, or press marks of 5mm or less on the artist's portrait are not subject to return (including the back of the photo card). - The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the pop-up store operation team.
