Kami manajer fan club SEVENTEEN. Pada hari Sabtu, 8 Februari dan Minggu, 9 Februari, selama konser SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN ASIA (JAKARTA), akan diadakan stan fan club bernama ‘CARAT ZONE’, yang diperuntukkan bagi anggota resmi CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP. Silakan merujuk pada informasi di bawah ini untuk partisipasi CARAT dalam acara tersebut. Untuk memastikan kunjungan yang lancar, harap pastikan untuk merujuk pada informasi yang tercantum dalam pemberitahuan sebelumnya. ▶ Stan fan club ‘CARAT ZONE’ untuk CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP [Cara Berpartisipasi] Kunjungi stan ‘CARAT ZONE’ pada waktu operasional dan dapatkan hadiah Photo Card setelah menyelesaikan proses verifikasi tiket konser dan CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP. ※ Photo card akan diberikan dengan gambar yang sama terlepas dari tanggal konser. ※ Photo card akan diberikan secara acak, dan setiap 1 (satu) orang hanya dapat menerima 1 (satu) kartu. (Dilarang duplikasi atau mewakilkan atas nama orang lain) [Waktu Operasional] AM 11:00 - PM 05:00 (WIB) ※ Acara ini dapat berakhir lebih awal tergantung pada tingkat kunjungan di lokasi pada hari tersebut. [Lokasi Operasional] JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL STADIUM [Cara Memverifikasi Data Diri] - Setelah membawa ‘Barang Yang Dibutuhkan’ yang tercantum di bawah, silakan mengunjungi stan fan club ‘CARAT ZONE’ pada waktu operasional untuk melakukan verifikasi data diri. [Barang Yang Dibutuhkan] 1. Gelang masuk konser sesuai tanggal konser (Jika tidak membawa gelang pada tanggal konser, akses ke stan fan club akan dibatasi.) 2. Kartu Identitas Diri Resmi untuk Verifikasi Data diri (Tertera Foto, Nama, dan Tanggal Lahir) 3. CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD (Kartu mobile atau Kartu fisik) ※Kami tidak mengakui Gelang masuk Konser/Kartu Membership Mobile/Kartu Identitas Diri dalam format tangkapan layar/gambar. ※ Dilarang secara keras untuk melakukan pemalsuan/modifikasi terhadap Gelang masuk Konser/Kartu Identitas Diri/Kartu Membership. ※ Jika membawa kartu membership fisik, verifikasi tambahan dapat diminta untuk memeriksa masa berlaku. ※ Setiap 1 (satu) orang hanya dapat mengunjungi 1 (satu) kali per hari. [Catatan] - Stan fan club diperuntukkan hanya untuk anggota CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP yang memiliki tiket konser untuk tanggal yang ditentukan. Tidak dapat diwakilkan oleh orang lain. (Setiap 1 (satu) orang hanya dapat memakai 1 (satu) kali per hari) Contoh) Saat berkunjung pada hari Sabtu, 8 Februari, harap membawa tiket konser untuk hari Sabtu, 8 Februari. Dilarang berkunjung pada hari Minggu, 9 Februari, dengan membawa tiket konser untuk hari Sabtu, 8 Februari. - Untuk memudahkan penggunaan stan fan club, dimohon untuk tiba di lokasi konser dengan waktu yang cukup. (Jika tidak membawa tiket pada tanggal konser, akses ke stan fan club akan dibatasi.) - Untuk memverifikasi data diri hanya dapat menggunakan Kartu Identitas Diri Resmi yang tertera Foto, Nama, dan Tanggal Lahir. (Tidak dapat menggunakan gambar tangkapan layar untuk Kartu Identitas Diri Resmi) - Setelah menerima Photo Card, Gelang masuk konser aja diberikan tanda berupa stempel. - Akses stan akan dibatasi jika ditemukan antrean setelah waktu operasional stan selesai/memotong antrean/melewati batasan yang telah dibuat. Harap mengikuti pemberitahuan dari staf di lokasi. ※ Syarat Kartu Identitas Diri Resmi untuk Memverifikasi Data Diri - Warga Negara Indonesia: Kartu Tanda Penduduk/Surat Izin Mengemudi/Paspor - Selain Warga Negara Indonesia: Paspor berbentuk fisik - Pendaftaran keanggotaan tidak akan diterima jika informasi anggota CARAT MEMBERSHIP dan identitas diri berbeda. - Jika informasi anggota CARAT MEMBERSHIP dan identitas diri berbeda, maka tidak dapat mengikuti acara. - Nama yang terdaftar saat mendaftar CARAT MEMBERSHIP harus sama dengan nama asli di Kartu Identitas Diri Resmi untuk dapat berpartisipasi dalam acara. (Jika menggunakan nama panggilan, tidak dapat dilakukan verifikasi identitas diri.) - Dilarang memindahtangankan/meminjamkan CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD dan Kartu Identitas Diri Resmi yang diperlukan untuk verifikasi identitas diri. Jika ditemukan pelanggaran, baik pemilik asli maupun perwakilan akan dicabut keanggotaannya dan dilarang mengikuti semua acara bagi fan club di masa mendatang. ---------------------------- 💡Yang dibutuhkan sebelum mengunjungi CARAT ZONE! Untuk menghindari gangguan sinyal internet, silakan menyimpan kartu membership yang sudah terdaftar lebih awal! RIGHT HERE! RIGHT NOW! Segera lakukan pembaharuan aplikasi Weverse ke versi terbaru, lalu lakukan ‘Penyimpanan Offline’ untuk CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD! [Cara Menyimpan Kartu Membership Offline] 1) Setelah masuk ke Komunitas SEVENTEEN, klik bagian ‘Membership’ 2) Setelah melakukan ‘Penyimpanan Offline’ pada Kartu Membership Mobile, selesai! [Cara Memastikan Kartu Membership Yang Tersimpan] - Mohon goyang-goyangkan ponsel setelah masuk ke aplikasi Weverse! Kartu Membership yang tersimpan akan langsung muncul. To ensure a smooth visit, please be sure to refer to the information provided in this notice in advance. ▶ CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP Fan Club Booth “CARAT ZONE” [How to Use] Visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth during its operating hours, verify your identity and your CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP, and receive one random photo card. ※ The images on the photo cards will be the same regardless of the date. ※ Photo cards are provided at random, and you can receive only one. (You cannot receive it multiple times or through a proxy.) [Operating Hours] AM 11:00 - PM 05:00 (WIB) ※ This event may end early depending on the number of visitors on the day. [Location] JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL STADIUM [How to Verify] - Visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth during its operating hours with all the “Required Items to Bring” listed below and verify your identity. [Required Items to Bring] 1. Admission Wristband for the day of your visit 2. Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) 3. CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile or physical) ※ Screenshots or images of mobile membership cards are not accepted. ※ Forging concert admission Wristband or membership cards or falsifying information on them is strictly prohibited. ※If you are carrying a physical membership card, the staff may request additional verification to check the membership expiration date. ※ You can visit only once per day per person. [Important Information] - Only CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders with the concert admission wristband corresponding to the day of your visit can use the fan club booth. Each person may only use the booth once. (Once per day per person.) e.g., To visit the booth on Saturday, February 8, you need to have a wristband for the 8th. To visit the booth on Sunday, February 9, you need to have a wristband for the 9th. - Please arrive at the concert venue early and use the fan club booth for more efficient booth operations. (You will be restricted from using the fan club booth if you do not have the concert wristband of the day.) - A valid ID card must include your photo, name, and DOB for verification. (A photo or a screenshot image of your ID card will not be accepted.) - Once you receive the photo card, your wristband will be stamped to indicate your receipt. - You will be restricted from using the booth if you are discovered engaging in behaviors such as lining up after the notified booth operating hours, cutting in line, or jumping over the fence. Please make sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Indonesian nationality Holders: ID issued by official agencies, Driver’s license, Passport - For Non-Indonesian nationality Holders: Physical passports only - Your membership will not be accepted if your CARAT MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your CARAT MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - To participate in the event, the name you entered to sign up for a CARAT MEMBERSHIP must match the name on your ID. (If you sign up with a nickname, we cannot verify your identity.) - Transferring, lending, or borrowing CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card for identity verification is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found using someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club events. ---------------------------- 💡 Must Do Before Visiting the CARAT ZONE Please save your membership card in advance in case the network connection is poor at the site! RIGHT HERE! RIGHT NOW! Update the Weverse app to the latest version now, and make sure to save your CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD for offline use! [How to Save Membership Card for Offline Use] 1) Go to the Weverse SEVENTEEN Community. Tap the “Membership” button at the top of the page 2) Tap “Save for Offline Use” at the bottom of the mobile membership card! [How to Check Your Saved Membership Card] - After opening the Weverse app, shake your phone! Then, the membership card you saved will appear. If you have saved your membership card for offline use, you can check your membership information in Weverse without an internet connection at the CARAT ZONE site. 💡 What do I do if I can’t check the membership card because I don’t have an internet connection? - Switch to Airplane Mode → Go to the Weverse app → Shake your phone! → You can check your saved membership card Images or screenshots of your membership card will not be accepted in the CARAT ZONE. Please be sure to save your membership card for offline use. ---------------------------- ※ We kindly ask for CARAT’s cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the CARAT ZONE in a safe and enjoyable manner. - Please follow the on-site staff’s guidance to ensure a smooth CARAT ZONE experience. - Please do not use abusive language or engage in inappropriate behavior towards the on-site staff. - After receiving the photo card, please take photos or videos only after exiting the CARAT ZONE booth. - Any behaviors that block or disturb the entrance or the exit are strictly prohibited for all CARAT using the CARAT ZONE. - Please show your respect and love for the artists by displaying good manners and respect to each other throughout the CARAT ZONE event. Please cooperate with the requests and guidance of the on-site staff. - This event may end early depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues.
