Step 2: On the event booking page, click “Select Date” to choose your preferred date and time, then click “Book”. Step 3: Fill in your basic information and check the box to agree the Terms and Conditions before confirming the order. Step 4: Once your booking is confirmed, the booking details and entry QR code will be sent to the provided email address. Step 5: You can also retrieve the electronic ticket QR code from your order details page. Step 6: Please present your electronic ticket QR code upon arrival. After verification and check-in by staff, follow on-site instructions and wait for entry. ONLINE ADVANCE BOOKING ENTRY REGULATIONS - Each session lasts 45 minutes. Please check in at the entrance 15 minutes before your scheduled session. If you miss your booking period, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not be allowed to enter. - When making an online booking, use the EventBookings account of the attendee and fill in the details as instructed. The details must match the attendee’s identification documents. - Each account can only reserve once per session and is limited to one person per booking. - Booking closes 1 day before the entry date, so please apply booking in advance. - Each session allows entry once only. Re-entry after leaving is not permitted. If you arrive late, you must leave according to the original schedule. - Each session requires queuing for check-in and entry. Delays may occur depending on the on-site situation. ONLINE ADVANCE BOOKING REMARKS - If you cannot attend due to personal reasons, please cancel your booking in the EventBookings system at least 48 hours before the event starts. Cancelled booking will be automatically released by the system. - When checking in, please queue according to the on-site instruction. - Chairs, folding chairs, or any items that may block the walkway are prohibited in the queue. - If you engage in behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, you may be denied entry or expulsion from the store. STORE POLICY - Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions: - Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. - CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. - Only service animals are allowed inside the store. - We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. - Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. - Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. - Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. PURCHASE POLICY - Payments can only be made by cash, Visa Card, Master Card or NETS. - Please check the product for any defects before making payment. - Exchanges and refunds due to a change of mind are not allowed after payment. - If the purchased product is defective, it can be exchanged or refunded on the purchase date with the receipt. Refunds are only available if the same product is out of stock for exchange. - The purchase limit per person may vary depending on the situation. - Exchanges will be processed after confirmation by store staff and may not be possible in the following cases: > If there is no invoice. > If there is no unboxing video. > If the product is damaged by the purchaser, including unboxing traces, product damage, or package damage. > If there are signs of use or wear. > If the product is damaged due to customer negligence. > If there are minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5mm or less) on event giveaways. - The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the store management team.
