We would like to provide information on how CARAT MEMBERSHIP holders can apply for the SEVENTEEN 10TH ANNIVERSARY B-DAY PARTY : BURST Stage @잠수교 held on Sunday, May 25, 2025. ‘B-DAY PARTY : BURST Stage @잠수교’ is a free concert held both in person and online. This pertains to the ticket raffle entry for CARAT MEMBERSHIP holders. Please read the details below before applying. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. [Concert Date and Time] 7:30 pm, Sunday, May 25, 2025 (KST) [Ticket Reservation Information] - The in-person ticket reservations for this concert will be divided into a ticket raffle for CARAT MEMBERSHIP holders and general onsale. - The CARAT MEMBERSHIP ticket raffle winners will each receive an entry wristband with a random seat number between 1 and 4000 after verifying their identity on-site. - All seats will be assigned seating with chairs on level ground. - The seating arrangement and stage setup may change without prior notice due to adjustments in the performance design. - This concert will be streamed online and recorded. Some views may be obstructed due to on-site equipment and performance design. Additionally, please be aware that some guests may be recorded or appear in the video during the event. - Views from some areas/seats may be obstructed due to handrails or the stage and camera equipment, depending on the location of your seat. Ticket cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be available for obstructed views. - This concert will be streamed online for free through HYBE LABELS YouTube, Weverse, and CHZZK. [Please Take Note!] ※ Winners will be assumed to have agreed to the terms above; these terms are subject to change depending on event circumstances. Please check the information carefully before attending the concert to ensure that you are not adversely affected in any way. - Tickets for this concert are sold exclusively on Weverse and Interpark and are not available from other channels. - Any transfer, purchase by proxy, forgery, or other unauthorized actions through any channel other than the officially designated ticket seller are strictly prohibited. Using abnormal or fraudulent methods (e.g., using a macro program), reserving a ticket for the purpose of scalping, or any other unauthorized activities or attempts to do so may lead to your ticket reservation being canceled or restricted from use without any prior notice. - If you reserve a ticket through transfers between individuals, a proxy ticketing service, or an illegal website, you may face legal consequences, and the purchaser will bear full responsibility for any resulting damages. The event organizers and ticket sellers will not be held responsible for, nor can they help address, any issues arising from non-compliance with these guidelines. [Roll Call and Ticket Pick-Up Location] Jamsugyo Bridge (Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul) [Number of Participants] 4,000 people (selected through raffle) - The winning number is only for the roll call, and is not your actual seat number. The seats will be randomly assigned after identity verification. - You will receive an entry wristband with a seat number upon roll call instead of a ticket. - Please note that the seating assignments are unrelated to the check-in order. Please refrain from forming a separate waiting line. - Please arrive at the location by your designated time slot for the roll call. If you arrive late, you may be unable to check in depending on on-site circumstances. [Seating Map] [Wheelchair-Accessible Seating] - If you have won the CARAT MEMBERSHIP raffle and are using a wheelchair, please request for a wheelchair-accessible seat at the ticket booth. - Wheelchair-accessible seating areas in this concert are vacant spaces reserved for guests using wheelchairs. Each wheelchair user can purchase up to two tickets, including one for an accompanying individual. - The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You will be denied entry if these documents are not provided. - Please note that it is your responsibility to bring and present valid identification. Tickets can only be collected by the individual who made the reservation. (*Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted.) - The exact location of your seat within the wheelchair-accessible seating areas is determined on the day of the concert, taking views and safety into account, so you will be able to find out your exact location after collecting your ticket and entering the venue. - After assigning you a seat in a wheelchair-accessible seating area, a security staff will accompany you in and out of the venue. - You can reserve a ticket for wheelchair-accessible seating areas even if you have not won the raffle. For more details, please refer to the notice on Interpark. [Entry Times by Seat Numbers] After completing the roll call and receiving an entry wristband, please wait in the waiting area before the designated time slots below. - Seat Numbers 1 - 1000: Admission begins at 6 pm - Seat Numbers 1001 - 2000: Admission begins at 6:10 pm - Seat Numbers 2001 - 3000: Admission begins at 6:20 pm - Seat Numbers 3001 - 4000: Admission begins at 6:30 pm * You can check your seat number after receiving your entry wristband on the day of the event as the numbers are on the entry wristbands distributed at the ticket booth. Please make sure to check your seat number and designated admission time. * You may exit and re-enter the venue before the concert begins. However, you must have your baggage checked again and wait in the waiting area for seat numbers 1 to 2000 until 7:10 pm to re-enter. The organizers of the event or the ticket seller will not be held responsible for any delays to entry due to this reason. * You can enter the waiting area after having your baggage checked. The admission will start 1 hour and 30 minutes before the concert at 6 pm. * Admission and waiting area may change depending on on-site circumstances. Any changes will be announced via SEVENTEENS STAFF (@pledis17_STAFF) Twitter account. * Those who arrive after the designated admission times per seat number must be at the waiting area for seat number 1 to 2000 by 7:10 pm for entry. The organizers of the event or the ticket seller will not be held responsible for any delays to entry due to this reason. * The baggage checks and the admission to the waiting area will close at 7:10 pm and admission to the waiting area and the venue will not be possible after then. * The wristband cannot be reissued regardless of them being lost, damaged, or stolen, and entry will be denied if you fail to present a wristband, regardless of the reason. * Please refrain from exiting the venue after the concert begins. You cannot re-enter if you leave the concert venue. [Application Period] From 5 pm to 5:30 pm, Friday, May 16, 2025 (KST) - The application page will open 20 minutes before the application period starts. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application within the deadline. - You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply”; please proceed with the application in time. - The winners will be raffled based on applications entered starting from the announced application time, 5 pm (KST). - Please check your result and winning number on the SEVENTEEN Weverse “Event Application History” page 3 hours after the event application has ended. (The winner announcement may be delayed depending on circumstances.) - You must be 14 or older (born before May 25, 2011) as of the day of the event to apply. If a minor applies for this event, it will be assumed that their legal guardian has given consent. - Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. [Important Information] - Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to this event and be subject to sanctions when applying for future SEVENTEEN events. - Posting a screenshot of your application on Twitter or other social media platforms may result in misuse of the information. We will not be held responsible for any interruptions due to a network error. - Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of your personal information to third parties. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for your ACARAT MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. (Light Stick Keyring will not be accepted.) [Baggage Checks] - For safe and smooth operation of the event, you must have your baggage checked. - The event organizers will not store any prohibited items found during baggage checks. You must dispose of them yourself or have them stored outside of the venue. - There are no storage lockers within the venue. Please use those available outside the venue. - There may be secondary checks using metal detectors depending on on-site circumstances and more items may be prohibited right before the concert begins. [Permitted and Prohibited Items] ▶ Permitted Items - Water bottles that are 500 ml or smaller ▶ Prohibited Items - All outside food, such as disposable lunch boxes, fast food, and delivery food - All alcoholic beverages (including non-alcoholic spirits), such as beer, wine, and soju - Glass bottles, cans, glass items, balloons, laser pointers, firecrackers (or any other form of explosives), and other items classified as dangerous - All items that can pose a threat to others such as weapons - Horns, whistles, and other items that make loud noise - Drones and other remote-controlled toys - Professional cameras or any other photographic equipment with large auxiliary equipment, such as tripods and large lights or lens - Any items that block the view of other guests (including long umbrellas, selfie sticks, ladders, flagpoles, slogans, and banners with hard material) - Pets (however, service dogs for the disabled are allowed) - All forms of transportation with wheels (luggage bags, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and other motorized vehicles) except for wheelchairs [Concert Guidelines] - Refunds will not be granted on the day of the concert for reasons of delays in entry due to crowded venue and booths. Please arrive at the venue, visit the booths, and make entry to the venue with plenty of time to spare to prevent any delays. - Entry will be restricted after the concert begins, and you cannot re-enter if you exit the venue after the concert begins. - You must remain in your designated area and watch the concert from your assigned seat. - Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, and laser pointers), pets, flowers, and balloons into the venue is prohibited. - All activities that infringe on copyright, including taking photographs, recording videos or audio, and broadcasting (live streaming) during the performance, are strictly prohibited. Devices capable of recording video or audio, except for mobile phones, are strictly prohibited in the venue. If any prohibited activities are discovered (including the use of your mobile phone), you will be asked to leave the venue after deleting all recordings. The event organizers will not be held responsible for any broken or lost devices during this process. (Tickets will be canceled after you leave the venue.) - Please refrain from activities that may disrupt the viewing experience of other audience members. Follow staff instructions if you are found engaging in such activities. - Prohibited activities that violate concert rules or interfere with staff duties may be audio or video recorded to maintain order. Recorded files will be discarded 30 days after the concert.. - Please take care of your valuables. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to negligence. Any illegal sale of goods around the venue on the day of the event is prohibited. If discovered, you may be held legally liable. - To maintain safety and order, unauthorized individual events (such as handing out goods, performances, advertisements, advertisement vehicles, etc.) are not allowed around the concert venue on the day of the concert. - Please refrain from engaging in dangerous activities, such as running, in the concert venue area. - Follow staff instructions when moving around the venue. Please be cautious of accidents, especially from jaywalking. ※ As the performance takes place on Jamsugyo Bridge, the stage environment such as speakers and lighting may differ from that of a typical concert venue. We kindly ask for your understanding. ※ In addition to the seating area on Jamsugyo Bridge, a live streaming zone with LED screens has been set up in Banpo Hangang Park for the show. Please follow the guidance of on-site staff, and note that access to the park may be restricted to prevent overcrowding. [The Use of Guests’ Portraits] - Sketch clips will be recorded during the roll call and wait, and the concert will be live-streamed, photographed, and video recorded. Before reserving a ticket, please be aware that some guests may be recorded or appear in the artist's future content. I consent to the filming of my portrait during the B-DAY PARTY : BURST Stage @잠수교 (hereinafter “concert”) and use of photographs and videos taken during the concert as follows. Purpose of Use: For live streaming the concert and usage on the website and mobile channels after the concert Used Items: Portraits photographed or recorded during the concert Period of Use: From May 25, 2025 to May 31, 2026 (approximately 1 year) Method of Use: Creating promotional materials or more using the photographs or videos taken at the concert site * The photos may be used in original or edited before use. Whether they are used or not may change depending on circumstances. I consent not to raise issues regarding the usage of my portraits for the reasons stated above. You have the right to deny consent, but you will be unable to attend the concert should you do so. [In Case of Rain] - This concert may be changed or canceled depending on the precipitation in case of rain. - If heavy rain with the precipitation of 6.5 mm per hour or more falls, the concert will be canceled. Otherwise, this concert will proceed. Please note cancellations will not be granted on the day of the event due to rain when reserving your ticket. - You cannot use umbrellas within the venue. - Raincoats will be distributed to attendees on-site in case of rain.
