Hello. This is HYBE. We would like to provide information on how to best enjoy your visit to the <MINITEEN HOUSE PARTY> SEVENTEEN Official Character POP-UP and purchase our merchandise. [Operating Schedule] * Operating Period: From Tuesday, June 24 to Sunday, July 6, 2025 * Operating Hours: From 10:30 am to 8 pm (From Friday to Sunday: From 10:30 am to 8:30 pm) (KST) (In accordance with operating hours of The Hyundai Seoul) * Location: Sounds Forest, 5F Epic Seoul at The Hyundai Seoul, 108, Yeoui-daero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul [Online Reservation] 1. The <MINITEEN HOUSE PARTY> SEVENTEEN Official Character POP-UP operates on an online reservation system. Reservations will be available in two weekly rounds. Each ID may reserve one time slot per week through the designated link. 2. Reservation Opening Dates Week 1 - Reservation Opening: 10 am, Thursday, June 19, 2025 (KST) (▶Link) - Visit Dates: From Tuesday, June 24 to Sunday, June 29, 2025 Week 2 - Reservation Opening: 10 am, Thursday, June 26, 2025 (KST) (▶Link) - Visit Dates: From Monday, June 30 to Sunday, July 6, 2025 3. In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified IDs can make the reservation. Each reservation allows admission for one person only. 4. Customers who are under 14 years old can make the reservation with the ID of their legal guardians. 5. The staff will check your reservation confirmation page upon entry. You must show the staff your web reservation page or the app after logging in. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. 6. The reservation may close early because each session has limited capacity. In case anyone cancels their reservation, the session will automatically open again for reservation. 7. If you wish to change your reservation to another session, you can only do so for the sessions that are still open. Please be advised that you may not be able to change it because the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. 8. Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. 9. If you do not show up at your reserved time, your slot will be canceled automatically. 10. The reservation status will be updated in real time. If there are slots available, walk-in customers can also enter after reserving an available session in real time. [Entry Information] 1. Only customers who have made a reservation can enter. 2. You can line up at the designated waiting area for your session, starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. Please refrain from lining up earlier to prevent congestion at the site. 3. The waiting area is different for each session due to the characteristics of the venue. Please be sure to check your session and location in advance. * Waiting Areas by Session - First session each day: Entrance to the subway passage connecting to Yeuido Station on the B2 floor of The Hyundai Seoul - All other sessions: To the left of the Epic Seoul store entrance on 5F of The Hyundai Seoul 4. For safety, those waiting for the first session each day will be guided by a staff member from the waiting area to the POP-UP. We kindly ask for your active cooperation with the staff to ensure smooth entry. 5. If you don’t show up after 20 minutes have passed since your reserved session, it will be considered a no-show and you cannot enter. Please make sure you visit on time. 6. Entry will proceed sequentially after the staff checks your reservation confirmation page at the entrance. 7. You will be able to spend up to one hour. Please make sure to keep the time limit, as the following session may be delayed if you leave late. 8. Entry may be delayed if the venue’s capacity is exceeded. For smooth operations, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. 9. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. 10. A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for a product exchange or refund. Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in 11. Some parts of the MINITEEN HOUSE within Sounds Forest can be accessed without a reservation. Wait times may vary depending on on-site circumstances. [How to Purchase Merchandise] 1. Write the quantity of the merchandise you wish to purchase on the order sheet provided at the entrance and submit it to the counter for payment. Then, you will receive the products on the spot. 2. All products may sell out early. 3. The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product, and payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the limit. 4. The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability and can be checked on-site. 5. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or with Hyundai Department Store gift cards. (Other payment methods provided by Hyundai Department Store are also accepted in accordance with the department store’s policies.) 6. Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. You may be restricted from making payments if the card is registered under a different name. 7. Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding purchases. [Exchanges and Refunds] 1. For exchanges and refunds, please bring the undamaged item, receipt, and method of payment within 7 days of making the purchase. Only a refund will be issued if the product you wish to exchange is sold out. 2. During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the store where you purchased your item. 3. After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 7-day purchase policy. 4. For inquiries on exchanges after the operating period, please contact us via email (popup@hybecorp.com). 5. Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - Items mended or repaired - Damaged packaging or labels (cut, lost, damaged labels, or missing packaging) caused by the customer - Products with signs of being used, worn, or washed - Products with damaged or lost value due to negligence on the customer’s part (such as improper storage or handling) 6. Refunds will only be provided when all gifts received with the purchase are also returned. Otherwise, your request for a refund may be denied. 7. Please consult the staff at the POP-UP store should you need additional information regarding the refund and exchange policy. [Important Information] 1. To ensure a pleasant experience, no food, drinks, or pets are allowed. 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). 3. Surveillance cameras are in place to ensure the safety of our customers. 4. We may take pictures or videos inside and around the POP-UP. The photos and videos may be uploaded on HYBE’s social media channels, platforms, etc. Thank you for your kind understanding. 5. [Event Information] 1. MINITEEN Character Group Instant Photo & Frame Set Giveaway Event - Visitors with POP-UP reservations will receive a set consisting of a character group instant photo and a frame upon entry verification (one set per person). 2. MINITEEN Photo Booth Free Use Event - Customers who spend KRW 100,000 or more on MINITEEN merchandise will receive free access to the photo booth. - If you present a receipt from the same day to the staff in front of the photo booth, they will check it and let you enter. - Multiple use based on the purchase amount is not allowed, and each person may take only one photo. - Photos can only be taken at the photo booth located to the right of the POP-UP entrance for eligible customers. - The photo booth is available for use only on the day of purchase. 3. Important Information - All events at the POP-UP may end early once the gifts are out of stock. - Purchases cannot be split for the purpose of receiving multiple gifts. - Receipts cannot be combined to qualify for gift eligibility. [Using the AR Filter] 1. MINITEEN HOUSE AR Experience Zone - Please scan the QR code at the AR photo spot in front of MINITEEN HOUSE in Sounds Forest to access the event page. - Please follow the instructions on the page and activate your camera. Adjust it so that the exterior of MINITEEN HOUSE fits within the square on the screen. - After following the guide, click the “Arrived at MINITEEN HOUSE PARTY!” button. - AR effects that make MINITEEN HOUSE even more special will then appear. We hope you capture and cherish the beautiful moments. 2. MINITEEN AR Character Summoning - Please scan the QR code on the back of the order sheet you received upon entry to access the event page. - Please follow the instructions on the page and activate your camera. Then, scan the MINITEEN invitation image that appears after opening the mailbox on the order sheet. - When the scan is complete, a gift box will appear on the screen. - When you click on the gift box, a MINITEEN character will make a surprise appearance. - Make special memories by capturing everyday moments with a cute AR character. * As long as you have the order sheet, you can summon the AR characters anytime, regardless of your location. * One of the 13 AR characters will appear at random each time. *PLUSH TOY : Based on CHOITCHERRY, the body length is 32cm, though it may vary slightly depending on the character’s proportions.
