[How to Pre-apply] 1. Open the “CARAT ZONE” application form that applies to the date you will be attending the concert. - e.g. If you have a ticket for July 19, open the July 19 form. 2. Submit the form once it has been accurately filled in with your information. - If the information on the form does not match the person in attendance on-site, the special gift will not be given, so please ensure that all information is accurate. 3. After Friday, 9:00 pm on July 18, 2025 (KST), go to the “Event Entries” section to see the QR code for your selected date. - All those who apply in advance will receive a QR code, which will expire if the special gift is not picked up on the specified date. - Applications may be filled for multiple dates, but a special gift can only be exchanged on the day for the “CARAT ZONE” QR code that matches the concert date. (The staff may request additional confirmation on site if you look different from the ID. We ask for your cooperation.) - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Verification will not be accepted even with a guardian present, so we ask for your cooperation. - Expired IDs will not be accepted for verification. - You will not be eligible to participate if your CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - To participate in the event, the name you signed up for the CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP must match the name on your ID. (If you signed up with a nickname, your identity cannot be verified.) - For Korean nationals, if you signed up for the CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP with your English name, only your passport will be accepted as a form of ID. - If you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot be verified with the English name on your passport, we may ask for additional ID that shows your photo and name in the language on-site. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. - A screenshot of your mobile ID card will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID card application on-site. - You are prohibited from buying or borrowing someone else's CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID to verify your identity.
