One ticket will be issued per person, and accompanying entry is not allowed. Number tickets are non-transferable. * Before the mall opens, guests may wait in line at the designated queue in front of the 1st-floor entrance. Entry to the pop-up store queue will proceed according to the ticket numbers. * To ensure smooth entry, please be in the waiting line at least 15 minutes before your designated entry time. * Entry will not be allowed 15 minutes after your entry time has begun. * Entry is permitted only once within the designated time slot indicated on the ticket. Re-entry is not allowed. Even if you enter late, you must leave by the end of the allotted time (50 minutes). * Entry is allowed after waiting per session, and depending on on-site circumstances, entry may be delayed or expedited. * Depending on the on-site situation, entry may be changed from a ticket system to on-site queue entry without advance ticket distribution. * Usage Time: Each visit to the POP-UP store is limited to 50 minutes after entry. To avoid congestion, please refrain from arriving too early. * While waiting, the use of chairs, foldable stools, or any items that may obstruct walkways is strictly prohibited. (This does not apply to guests with physical discomfort or those in need of assistance.) * Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other visitors. If your actions are deemed to significantly interfere with the experience of others, on-site staff may intervene. Your cooperation is appreciated. [Pop-up Store Policies] * All products may sell out early. * Free gifts are limited in quantity and may run out early once stock is depleted. * Free gifts are only available on the day of purchase. Splitting payments across multiple receipts to participate in the event more than once is not allowed. * CCTV is in operation for safety inside the store. * Entry with animals is not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs. * Please take care of your personal belongings. Violating the rules may result in immediate removal from the venue. [Product Purchase, Exchange, and Refund Policy] * Payment methods include cash, credit card, LINE PAY, and QR payment. * Please ensure that the product is in good condition before making your payment. * Shopping bags are available for purchase. * Some products may have a purchase quantity limit per item. Please check in-store signage for details. * Exchanges or refunds due to change of mind are not permitted. * If the purchased product is defective, exchanges or refunds are only available during the pop-up operation period with a receipt. * Refunds for defective items are only available if the same item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, it cannot be exchanged for the same item and a refund will be issued instead. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange it for a different item of equal or higher value.
