We would like to provide information on how to best enjoy your visit to the <MINITEEN HOUSE PARTY> SEVENTEEN Official Character POP-UP in Metro Manila [Operation Information] * Operating Period : August 15, 2025 (Fri) - September 28, 2025 (Sun) * Operating Hours : 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (PST) * Location : Level 3, North Main Mall, SM Mall of Asia [Stand by and Entry Information] * This pop-up operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no advance reservations required. * For detailed information regarding waiting and entry, please refer to the official announcements on X via @apopcollections. * Please follow staff instructions and line up in order outside the venue before the store opens. * If you leave the queue, cut in line, or disturb others, entry may be restricted at the discretion of on-site staff. * Use of chairs, tents, or similar items while waiting is not allowed. * After the store opens, please enter according to the order of the line under staff guidance. Exchange and Refund Policy] * Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, or QR (GCash / Maya). * Please check all products for any defects before making payment. * For some items, there may be purchase quantity limits. Please check in-store for more details. * Exchanges and refunds are not available for change of mind. * Only defective items may be exchanged or refunded on the same day of purchase with the original receipt. * Refunds for defective items are only possible if the same item is out of stock. * If the item you want to exchange is sold out, you may exchange it for a different product of equal or higher value. Additional payment is required if the new item is of higher value. * Exchanges must be approved by on-site staff and may be declined for the following reasons: - Signs of use or wear - Missing or damaged labels/tags - Damage caused by customer negligence * For event giveaway items, minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5mm or less) are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund. * The final decision on any exchange or refund lies with the pop-up store management team.
