[Schedule and Venue] * Operation period: September 10, 2025 (Wed) to September 28, 2025 (Sun) * Operating hours: 11:00 – 22:00 (UTC+8) (Entry not allowed after 21:30) * Venue: Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Kaohsiung Zuoying Store (10 F., No. 123, Gaotie Rd, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City, 813, Taiwan) [Waiting and Entry] * This event will be operated on an online reservation system from September 10, 2025 (Wed) to September 14, 2025 (Sun), and you must obtain a time-slot reservation QR code in advance through the ‘Ibon reservation system (www.ibon.com.tw)’. * This event will be operated on on-site waiting from September 15, 2025 (Mon) to September 28, 2025 (Sun). * Advance reservation opens on September 6, 2025 (Sat) at 1:00 PM (UTC+8), and ibon membership registration is required when making a reservation. * Only one ticket per account is allowed, and reservation information cannot be changed after submission. * The advance reservation system is available only during the reservation period, and reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the desired entry time slot. * Accompanying children must be reserved under the same time slot as the main reservation holder. * 15 minutes before store opening, you must line up in the designated area and wait in order for entry. * Entry may be restricted if you exceed the reserved time, leave the waiting line, or attempt to cut in line. * The use of chairs or tents is not allowed while waiting. * Before entering the pop-up, please prepare the QR code in advance from ibon order inquiry and wait in order along the designated waiting route. * According to staff guidance for each time slot, please scan the QR code in order of the waiting line and then enter. * Advance reservation entry period: September 10, 2025 (Wed) to September 14, 2025 (Sun) * Usage time: After entry, the pop-up can be used for 40 minutes. Re-entry is not permitted after exit, and even if you enter late, you must leave according to the designated usage time. [Product Purchase, Exchange, and Refund Policy] * Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, QR code scan, cash, or LINE PAY. * Please check that the product has no defects before making payment. * Shopping bags are sold for a fee. * For some products, the purchase quantity per item may be limited. Please check details in-store. * Exchanges or refunds are not allowed due to a simple change of mind. * If the purchased product is defective, exchange or refund is available only during the pop-up period with a receipt. * Refunds for defective products are possible only if the same product for exchange is out of stock. * If the product you wish to exchange is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item and will be refunded. * If the product you wish to exchange is sold out, it can be exchanged for another product.
