Hi, This is HYBE. We would like to provide you with the usage guidelines and important notes regarding product purchases for the <MINITEEN HOUSE PARTY> SEVENTEEN Official Character POP-UP in OSAKA. [Store Information] * Operating Period: September 12, 2025 (Fri) – October 12, 2025 (Sun) * Operating Hours: 10:00 – 20:00 (JST) * Venue: LaLaport ExpoCity 2-1 Senribampakukoen, Suita, Osaka, Japan [Online Reservation Information] Entry to the <MINITEEN HOUSE PARTY> SEVENTEEN Official Character POP-UP in OSAKA is available through online advance reservations. * From one week after opening, walk-in entry may be possible depending on on-site conditions. - Duration per Session: 45 minutes - Capacity per Session: 60 people - Online Reservation Opens: September 6, 2025 (Sat) at 12:00 PM (JST) [Reservation Procedure] Visit the Live Pocket website: https://t.livepocket.jp/ Scroll down the page, select your preferred date, and click “Apply/Purchase.” Register and log in on the Live Pocket site. Receive an authentication code by email and complete the verification. Return to the reservation screen and press the reservation button again. Once the reservation is completed, click “Ticket Details” or go to My Tickets > Ticket Details to check your QR code. Upon arrival, present your QR code ticket at the queue and follow staff instructions for entry. [Online Reservation Entry Policy] * Each session lasts 30 minutes. Please line up at least 10 minutes before your reserved time. * Please wait in the designated area on the day of your reservation. * If you arrive after your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and entry will not be permitted. * Entry is valid for one time only during the reserved session. Re-entry is not allowed. Late arrivals will not extend session time. * Chairs, folding chairs, or items that block aisles are prohibited while waiting. * Entry will proceed in order after queuing. Entry may be delayed depending on circumstances. [Identity Verification] On the day of your visit, you may be asked to verify your identity. If the information on your ID does not match the information on the reservation ticket, entry may be denied. Please ensure that companion details are entered accurately. * Acceptable ID (one of the following, with photo): Passport Driver’s License (Class 1 / Class 2) Residence Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate Basic Resident Registration Card with photo (*Notification Card not accepted) Disability Certificate (Physical, Mental, Rehabilitation) My Number Card with photo (*Notification Card not accepted) Student ID with photo (only if currently enrolled; prep schools/vocational schools not accepted) Credit Card with photo [Online Reservation Note] * Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. * Each account may apply for up to 1 session per day, maximum 2 tickets. * Companion names must be registered before the designated assembly time. Unregistered companions may not be admitted. * One preschool child may enter with one ticket holder. * Reservations close one day prior to the entry date, so please book early. * If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation via the Live Pocket system at least 48 hours in advance. * Once canceled, the reservation will be released back into the system for other users to book. * After confirming your reservation, please wait in the designated area in order. [Store Operating Policy] All customers entering the pop-up are deemed to have agreed to the following conditions: * Products and event benefits are limited in quantity and may sell out. * CCTV is in operation for safety purposes. * Only trained assistance animals are allowed. * Food and drinks are prohibited. * Photos or videos may be taken inside the store, and customers’ faces may appear in official SNS posts or media coverage. * Please refrain from behavior that disturbs other customers. Staff may intervene if necessary. * Unauthorized commercial photography is strictly prohibited. [Purchase Policy] * Payments can be made by credit card, electronic money, and PayPay. * Please check products carefully before purchase for any defects. * Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted. * Defective items may be exchanged only during the pop-up store operation period (receipt required). * Please check product conditions immediately after receipt. After the sales period ends, refunds or exchanges cannot be made. * Purchase limits may change depending on sales conditions. Please check in-store notices. * Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases: - No receipt presented - Opened, damaged, or missing accessories/packaging due to customer handling - Signs of use or wear - Damage caused by customer negligence - Event giveaways with minor scratches, dents, or scuff marks (within 5mm) * Final authority on returns and exchanges rests with the Operations Team.
