[Exchanges/Refunds for On-Site Pickup Products] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Pairing Information] * OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.1 and VER.2 do not support wireless control or pairing. * You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 / OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 10th Anniv. at the on-site pairing booths. * You can also easily self-pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK using the “SVT OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3” smartphone app. Please refer to the schedule below for self-pairing using the app. Day 1: Available after 8 pm, Friday, September 12, 2025 (KST) Day 2: Available after 8:30 pm, Saturday, September 13, 2025 (KST) * Please make sure to insert three new AAA alkaline batteries before the concert.
