To celebrate the release of S.COUPS X MINGYU’s 1st Mini Album, “HYPE VIBES,” we will be opening a POP-UP store as detailed below. ■ Operating Period: From Tuesday, September 30 to Sunday, October 5, 2025 ■ Operating Hours: Sunday to Thursday: From 10:30 am to 8:30 pm / Friday, Saturday, and Public Holidays: From 10:30 am to 9 pm (KST) ■ Location: 6F The CORNER at Yongsan I-Park Mall (55 Hangang-daero 23-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul) <Event Information> 1. [LUCKY DRAW EVENT] If you purchase one copy of the Standard ver. album, you will receive one selfie photo card (randomly provided out of four) 2. [REWARD EVENT] If you spend 70,000 won or more on albums and merchandise, you will receive one selfie photo card (randomly provided out of two) ● You must purchase at least one copy of an album and one piece of merchandise to participate in the event. ● -> Examples: If you purchase one copy of an album and item(s) of merchandise, and your purchase total is 70,000 won or more, you will receive one random REWARD photo card ● If you spend 70,000 won or more only on merchandise, you will not receive a REWARD photo card ● If you spend 70,000 won or more only on albums, you will not receive a REWARD photo card ■ Important Information for Event Participation - The giveaway event will be based on the Korean currency (KRW, ₩). - You cannot combine or separate your receipts for the purpose of participating in the event. - Only receipts for purchases on the same day are applicable to the event. - Small marks, such as tiny scratches and ink stains, that may naturally appear due to the product material are not considered defects. Dents, ink stains, and pressed marks smaller than 5 mm are not eligible for exchange (including the back of the photo card). - Requests for exchanges for defective giveaway products must be made on-site during the POP-UP operating period. Please make sure to check the item after receiving it. (Exchanges will not be available after the operating period) - Your requests for cancellation, exchange, or refund for your purchases will be processed only after you return the giveaway items. - The event details and giveaway items are subject to change or termination without prior notice, depending on the event organizer’s circumstances. - For any inquiries regarding the event, please contact Customer Service (1544-4205, cs@withmuu.com). ■ Notice on Admission - You can enter the S.COUPS X MINGYU [HYPE VIBES] POP-UP store without making a prior reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter. - If a queue forms before the POP-UP store opens, the on-site queuing system will open for registration starting at 10 am (KST) in front of the POP-UP store. The registration time may change depending on on-site circumstances. - When registering in the on-site queuing system, only on-site visitors can reserve a spot in the queue. - Once you register your name in the queuing system, you will receive a notification message via KakaoTalk or email. You will receive the message or email when entry is available, so please be sure to start waiting within 15 minutes after you receive the entry notification. Your queue reservation will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes. Please arrive on time. - When you enter, we will check the notification message on KakaoTalk or email. Screenshots will not be accepted. - We ask that only customers who have received an entry notification come in front of the POP-UP store. We kindly ask for your active cooperation with the staff guidance to ensure safety and smooth entry. - Entry registration may close early, depending on on-site circumstances. Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter, depending on the number of people in the queue. - If there is no one in the queue, you may freely enter. - To ensure the smooth operation of the POP-UP store, you cannot enter the venue after you have exited. If you wish to enter again, you will have to register your name in the queuing system again. ■ Important Purchase Information - You can purchase items only once after you enter. If you leave the store, you cannot enter again. - All products are sold in limited quantities and may sell out early. You can purchase up to 2 products per item/option. Please note that purchase limits are subject to change depending on sales circumstances. - All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW), and payment may be made in cash or by credit card. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. If the card does not belong to you, you may be restricted from using it.) - As government policy prohibits free disposable shopping bags in the POP-UP, shopping bags are sold for a fee. - In case of defective products or missing components, exchanges can only be made on-site during the POP-UP operating period, so please check your purchased item for defects upon receiving it. After the POP-UP operating period, exchange or refund requests will not be accepted, even through the online store Customer Service Center. - Exchanges and refunds are only possible within 7 days of purchase. You must bring the product, any giveaway items, the means of payment, and the physical receipt, or the exchange/refund will not be processed. Purchased items cannot be refunded or exchanged after the POP-UP operating period, regardless of the 7-day policy. - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock.
