Investigation into Professional Ticket Scalpers We are actively cooperating with the investigation into professional ticket scalpers who have been obtaining tickets through illicit means and reselling them for millions of won, making exorbitant profits. We are working to eradicate professional ticket scalpers by submitting relevant documents and opinions to the investigative authorities, and we will continue to respond until appropriate penalties are imposed and the scalping issue is resolved. 2. Response to Unauthorized Leaks of Artist Information We would like to provide an update on the investigation regarding multiple leaks of confidential information related to SEVENTEEN’s unreleased albums and performances via anonymous online forums. As a result of the police investigation into the case, the suspect was found to have leaked trade secrets, and a decision was made to forward the case to the prosecution. The prosecution is currently continuing the investigation. Such content leakage is a clear crime that infringes on trade secrets and undermines the legitimate efforts of the artist and our company, causing significant damage. We will actively cooperate in the ongoing investigative process and respond strictly to ensure that the perpetrator faces appropriate legal consequences. 3. Legal Complaints in Response to Malicious Posts/Comments We are continuing to take various legal actions regarding malicious posts and comments targeting the artist, as outlined in our previous regular notice regarding civil and criminal measures, including requests for disclosure of information to foreign jurisdictions. In addition, even after the regular filing of complaints, we have continuously collected evidence of malicious posts and comments targeting the artist on portal sites, domestic and global communities, music sites, and social media, using our real-time monitoring system and reports from fans. We plan to file additional complaints regarding the collected posts and comments. We are also reporting, collecting evidence, and taking legal action against false accusations, slander, and mockery directed at specific members, as well as malicious posts targeting SEVENTEEN members currently fulfilling their military service. There will be no leniency or settlements regarding defamation and slander against our artists, and we will fully cooperate with the investigative authority to ensure that the perpetrators receive severe punishment.
