[STORE INFO] * DATES: 2025.10.04 (SAT) - 2025.11.09 (SUN) * HOURS - 10.04 - 10.05 10:00 - 20:00 (BST) - 10.06 - 11.09 12:00 - 19:00 (BST) * LOCATION: Design District D4, Level 0 (6 Dormer Yard, London SE10 0EB, UK) [QUEUE & ADMISSION] * Entry to the pop-up store is available via the venue entrance. Please follow the on-site instructions carefully. * Chairs and tents are not allowed whilst waiting. * Admission will proceed in queue order after the opening. Waiting times may vary depending on the number of visitors in attendance. * A queuing and entry system may be activated for customer convenience if necessary. * Overnight outdoor waiting is not permitted. We are not responsible for nighttime safety, and the queue may be dispersed. [STORE POLICY] Visitors who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. * CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety. * Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early. * Only service animals are allowed inside the store. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store. * We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store. * Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media. * Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed. [PURCHASE POLICY] * Payment methods accepted: Credit card, charge card (AMEX), debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay only.(Cash payment not available.). * Please check the product for any defects before making a payment. * Exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are at the discretion of the management team. * If the purchased product is defective, an exchange or refund is available within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. * If the item you want to exchange is sold out, it may be exchanged for another product. If the new product is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. *Exchanges require staff approval and may be denied in the following cases: - Signs of use or wear - Missing or damaged packaging/labels/tags - Damage caused by customer negligence - Any ‘free gifts (e.g. PC’s)’ that were given at the time of purchase which doesn’t apply after the refund or exchange price difference. - For event giveaways, minor dents, scratches, or press marks of 5mm or less are not considered defects and cannot be exchanged or refunded for such reasons. * The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the store management team.
