Reservations will be available in two weekly rounds. Each ID may reserve one time slot per week through the designated link. * Reservation Opening Dates > Week 1: 11 am, Wednesday, December 3, 2025 (KST) (▶Link) > Week 2: 11 am, Wednesday, December 10, 2025 (KST) (▶Link) - The pre-order link will be provided through notices on HYBE MERCH and the SEVENTEEN Weverse Community. - In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified IDs can make the reservation. Each reservation allows admission for one person only. - Customers who are under the age of 14 can make the reservation with the ID of their legal guardian. - The staff will check your reservation confirmation page upon entry. You must show the staff your web reservation page or the app after logging in. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. - The reservation may close early because each session has limited capacity. In case anyone cancels their reservation, the session will automatically open again for reservation. - If you wish to change your reservation to another session, you can only do so for the sessions that are still open. Please be advised that you may not be able to change it as the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. - If you do not show up at your reserved time, your slot will be canceled automatically. - The reservation status will be updated in real time. Walk-in customers can also enter after reserving a session in real time if one is available. - Registration, login, and reservations for residents from abroad may be restricted according to the reservation platform’s policies. Wait times may vary depending on on-site circumstances. * MINITEEN HOLIDAY HOUSE Entry Information - The MINITEEN HOLIDAY HOUSE can be accessed without a reservation. Wait times may vary depending on on-site circumstances. - The MINITEEN HOLIDAY HOUSE and the GIFT SHOP are not connected. Even if you have made a reservation for the GIFT SHOP, you may still have to wait to enter. * GIFT SHOP Entry Information - Entry to the GIFT SHOP is only accessible to those with advance reservations, and is only available on the reserved date and time. - You can line up at the GIFT SHOP entrance starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. Please refrain from lining up earlier to prevent congestion at the site. - It will be considered a no-show if you don’t show up after 20 minutes have passed since your reserved session, and you cannot enter. Please make sure you visit on time. - Entry will proceed sequentially after the staff checks your reservation confirmation page at the entrance. - You will be able to spend up to one hour in the GIFT SHOP. Please make sure to keep the time limit, as the following session may be delayed if you leave late. - Entry may be delayed if the venue’s capacity is exceeded. For smooth operations, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. - Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. - A reservation is not required if you are visiting only for a product exchange or refund. Please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. * CAFÉ and LOUNGE Entry Information - The CAFÉ can be accessed without a reservation. Wait times may vary depending on on-site circumstances. - All beverages and desserts at the CAFÉ are available for TAKE-OUT only. - Beverages and desserts purchased at the CAFÉ can be enjoyed freely in the LOUNGE, which can be accessed without a reservation. - The LOUNGE can be accessed without a reservation, but for safe and comfortable use, if the number of users exceeds capacity, there may be a wait, and entry may be delayed or restricted depending on the number of people waiting. - You can use the LOUNGE for up to one hour after entry. Please be considerate of other customers and adhere to the time limit. * VILLAGE SQUARE Entry Information - The VILLAGE SQUARE can be accessed without a reservation. Wait times may vary depending on on-site circumstances. - The photo booth can be accessed for a fee and requires no reservation. However, there may be a wait depending on on-site circumstances. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] - The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product, and payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the limit. - All products may sell out early. - The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site at the POP-UP store and is subject to change depending on availability. - Shopping bags are available for purchase only to customers who purchase products. They cannot be purchased separately or provided as an add-on. - Payments at the POP-UP store GIFT SHOP and photo booth can be made via credit card or Samsung Pay. (No cash payment) - Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. You may be restricted from making payments if the card is registered under a different name. - Please consult the on-site staff should you need additional information regarding making purchases. [Exchanges and Refunds] - For exchanges and refunds, please bring the product, receipt, and method of payment within 14 days of making the purchase. - During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the store where you purchased your item. - After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 14-day purchase policy. - For inquiries on exchanges after the operating period, please contact us via email (popup@hybecorp.com). - If the product you wish to exchange due to a defect is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same product, and a refund will be issued. However, refunds are not possible after the operating period. - A refund will be made to your payment method, and the gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. - Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: > The gifts provided upon purchase are not returned or are damaged > The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer > The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging > The product has had its value damaged to an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging [Event Information] - Customers who purchase KRW 70,000 or more worth of HOLIDAY with MINITEEN merchandise will receive a MINITEEN character hand warmer. - Important Information > Only one gift will be provided per person, regardless of the purchase amount. > The gift can only be received on the day of purchase. > All gifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may run out early. > Event gifts are provided only on the day of purchase. > Purchases cannot be split for the purpose of receiving multiple gifts. Receipts cannot be combined to qualify for gift eligibility. > The promotion is subject to change without prior notice due to company circumstances. [Other Usage Guidelines and Precautions] - No food or drinks are allowed to ensure your pleasant experience. Pets will be restricted from entering. - Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). - Surveillance cameras are in place to ensure the safety of our customers. - We may take pictures or videos inside and around the POP-UP.
