We would like to provide detailed information on the <HOLIDAY HOUSE> 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP IN SEOUL that will be opened in celebration of the release of SEVENTEEN “2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS.” [Operation Information] Period: From Thursday, December 18 to Sunday, December 28, 2025 Operating Hours: From 10:00 am to 10 pm each day (KST) Location: 1F Open Stage, Shinsegae Gangnam (176 Sinbanpo-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul) [Visit Information] *The 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP accepts “Early Reservation” or “On-Site Reservation.” ■ Early Reservation - Early Reservation Website: NAVER Booking - Early Reservation Opening Date/Time: 6 pm, Monday, December 15, 2025 (KST) ■ How to Make an Early Reservation 1. Log in to NAVER using an ID verified with your legal name. 2. Reserve the date and time at which you wish to visit on the Booking Page. 3. Once your reservation is complete, NAVER will send you a confirmation message. You can check your reservation history via <NAVER Booking - Check Booking>. 4. You can enter only after verifying your mobile ticket and ID on site, so please make sure to make your reservation in the name of the visitor. ■ Things to Note Before Making an Early Reservation 1. Early reservations are limited to two per person during the POP-UP period. 2. Regardless of your entry time, you may only use the POP-UP within your reserved session time. Please leave by the end of your session. Once the time is up, the staff may ask you to leave immediately to prepare for the following session. We ask for your understanding. 3. Before you enter, we will verify your identity by comparing your NAVER Booking history and ID. Please make your reservation using the visitor’s NAVER ID, and be sure to bring a physical ID containing a photo. 4. If you are under the age of 14 and cannot make a reservation using your own NAVER ID, you must make a reservation using the account of your legal representative (family member), and enter your own information in the fields for the reserver’s name and contact information. 5. If a person under the age of 14 makes a reservation using a legal representative’s (family member’s) account, they must present their legal representative’s ID, a copy of their resident registration, or a family relationship certificate proving their family relationship upon arrival to enter. 6. Those under the age of 14 who have made an early reservation may enter accompanied by one legal representative upon presentation of documentation proving the legal representative’s identity. *Legal Representatives (Family): You can enter once you prove your family relations (parents or siblings). Acquaintances are not allowed. *Those under the age of 14 who have made an early reservation and are accompanied by a legal representative must present the legal representative’s ID, a copy of their resident registration, or a family relationship certificate proving their family relationship. 7. Please understand that depending on on-site circumstances, you may have to wait past your reserved time to enter. ■ Notice on Admission 1. You can wait in line starting 20 minutes before your session. Identity verification will take place before your entry. (You can wait in line starting 30 minutes before Session 1.) 2. For safety reasons and to minimize excessive waiting times, entry order will be determined by raffle. We ask for your understanding. 3. Please be sure to bring one of the physical documents specified below to verify the reservation holder’s identity. * Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Certificate of Issuance of Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Mobile ID (issued by Government 24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, National Police Agency, or PASS), Unexpired Passport (if passport does not have resident registration number, please bring passport information certificate), Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers) * Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card 4. You must show your NAVER Booking page upon entry. You will not be allowed entry if you present a screenshot or shared image. 6. You may enter at any point within your reserved time slot, and you may use the POP-UP only until the end time of your session, regardless of your entry time. Please take note of note the entry and use times listed. ■ On-Site Reservation Entry Guide 1. For on-site reservation, please visit the POP-UP location, register in the online queueing system, wait for your turn, and then enter. 2. You cannot wait overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. 3. If there are people waiting before the POP-UP store opens, on-site queuing registration will begin at 9:30 am (KST), and entry will proceed sequentially. Once you register for the on-site entrance queue, you will receive a notification message via KakaoTalk or email when your entry time arrives. 5. Once you receive the notification, please line up in front of the store. You can enter once your queuing number is checked. 6. Your queuing reservation will be automatically canceled 10 minutes after the entry notification. 7. Queuing registration may close early, depending on on-site circumstances. 8. Please understand that even if you come to the site, you won’t be able to enter if queueing registration has closed. 9. Once everyone in the queue has been called, visitors may enter at will. ■ Important Information 1. There may be a purchase limit for each customer at the 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP, depending on on-site circumstances. Entry to the 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP is only permitted once per reserved session within the designated time slot. After initial entry, re-entry is not permitted once you go outside or exit. 3. Please note that if you lose or damage your entry wristband, you will not be able to enter the venue. 4. Items purchased from this POP-UP can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. 5. Disposable shopping bags are available for separate purchase. 6. Pets are allowed entry if they are in a covered carrier or stroller (carrying them is not permitted). Guide dogs for the visually impaired are permitted. 7. To ensure a comfortable viewing experience, bringing outside food or drinks into the store is prohibited. 8. Please do not touch the items on display. 9. Photography and video recording are permitted only for non-commercial purposes, but live streaming is prohibited. Use of tripods, selfie sticks, or otherwise causing inconvenience to other visitors may result in intervention by on-site staff. 10. For every KRW 50,000 you spend at the POP-UP, you will receive one hour of free parking (up to three hours). 11. You can purchase 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP merchandise at the POP-UP store. 2. The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. Please make sure to follow instructions from the on-site staff when you visit. 3. If you try to purchase more than the purchase limit, your payment may be declined or canceled. 4. All products may sell out early. 5. All raffle events held on-site will end once the prizes are out of stock. 6. Purchases cannot be split or combined for the purpose of participating in any raffle events held on site. 7. Only Korean won (KRW, ₩) is accepted for all on-site transactions. 8. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, department store gift certificate, or simple payment (Kakao Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, Smile Pay, and SSG Pay). *Toss Pay and Apple Pay are not accepted for payment. 9. Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. (One sticker per person) - Stickers are given once per person and will not be reissued if lost. *You can select the artist for the logo sticker you receive. *The event may end early if the stickers run out. 3. SOCIAL MEDIA EVENT - During the operating period, after visiting the 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP, leave a review on your social media (X, Instagram, YouTube, blog) with the required hashtags, and you can create a “Wish Bracelet.” - Required Hashtags : #HOLIDAY_HOUSE #HYBE_2026시즌그리팅 #사운드웨이브 *This event is only open to those who have uploaded a review to their social media with the required hashtags. *The event may end early if materials run out. *Usage time may be limited if it is crowded inside the POP-UP. 4. ON-SITE EVENT - There will be a “Fortune-Telling” zone. *A random phrase will be printed. * Participation is limited to one person per turn. The number of times you can participate may be restricted depending on on-site circumstances. *The event may end early if supplies run out. [Event Participation Information] 1. Please check your items with a staff member on-site immediately after receiving them to confirm the quantity and ensure there are no defects. 2. All special gifts are given at random.
