Hello, this is HYBE. We would like to provide information on how to visit the SEVENTEEN GLOBAL POP-UP in TAIPEI and important guidelines for product purchases. [Event Details] * Operating Period: Thursday, January 15, 2026 – Sunday, February 8, 2026 * Operating Hours: Mon – Sun | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (UTC+8) *Last entry by 8:30 PM * Location: Songshan Cultural and Creative Park – Warehouses No. 1 (Warehouses No. 1, No. 133, Guangfu South Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City 11072) [Entry Guidelines] * This event will operate on an online pre-reservation basis from January 15 (Thu) to January 25 (Sun), 2026. Visitors must obtain a time-slot QR code in advance via the “FUNONE TICKETS Reservation System (https://tickets.funone.io).” * Reservation Opening Schedule: - Week 1: January 9 (Fri), 2026, 12:00 PM (UTC+8) > Eligible visit dates: January 15 (Thu) – January 21 (Wed), 2026 - Week 2: January 16 (Fri), 2026, 12:00 PM (UTC+8) > Eligible visit dates: January 22 (Thu) – January 25 (Sun), 2026 * From January 26 (Mon) to February 8 (Sun), 2026, on-site queuing will be implemented, and entry will be allowed depending on on-site conditions. * A maximum of two tickets can be reserved per account, and reservation details cannot be modified after submission. * The advance reservation system operates only during designated reservation periods, and reservations can be made up until the start time of the desired entry session. * Accompanying children must be reserved for the same session as the main applicant. * Guests must queue in the designated area 15 minutes before store opening, following the order of arrival. * Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting. * Before the pop-up opens, please prepare your QR code via FUNONE TICKETS order inquiry and wait in sequence in the designated waiting area. * Please follow the on-site staff’s instructions for each session and enter in order by scanning your QR code. * Reservation Entry Period: January 15 (Thu) – January 25 (Sun), 2026 * Visiting Time: Each POP-UP session lasts 50 minutes after entry. (Session 1: 11:00–11:50, Session 2: 12:00–12:50, Session 3: 13:00–13:50, Session 4: 14:00–14:50, Session 5: 15:00–15:50, Session 6: 16:00–16:50, Session 7: 17:00–17:50, Session 8: 18:00–18:50, Session 9: 19:00–19:50, Session 10: 20:00–20:50) * Capacity: 70 persons per session. * Entry is allowed only once during the reserved session within the designated entry window. Re-entry is not permitted. Even if you enter late, you must leave at the designated session end time (50 minutes). * Entry may be restricted if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reserved time. * If you need to change your reserved time slot, please cancel your existing reservation first and make a new reservation for an available time slot. [Pop-up Store Policies] By entering the SEVENTEEN GLOBAL POP-UP in TAIPEI, all visitors are considered to have agreed to the following guidelines. * Products for sale and event items are limited in quantity and may sell out early. * Food and beverages are not allowed inside the pop-up space. * Entry of all animals is prohibited, except for guide dogs. * CCTV is in operation for safety inside the store. * SEVENTEEN GLOBAL POP-UP in TAIPEI is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur within the popup venue. * Video and photo recording may take place inside the pop-up store. Visitors' faces may be captured and the footage may be used on official social media channels or in other media. * Commercial photography without prior approval is not permitted. [Product Purchase, Exchange, and Refund Policy] * Payment methods include cash, credit card, LINE PAY payment. * Please ensure that the product is in good condition before making your payment. * Shopping bags are available for purchase. * Some products may have a purchase quantity limit per item. Please check in-store signage for details. * Exchanges or refunds due to change of mind are not permitted. * If the purchased product is defective, exchanges or refunds are only available during the pop-up operation period with a receipt. * Refunds for defective items are only available if the same item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, it cannot be exchanged for the same item and a refund will be issued instead. * If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange it for a different item of equal or higher value. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. * When requesting a refund, any promotional gifts received must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in the refund being denied. * Exchanges require approval from POP-UP staff and may be denied for the following reasons: - If there are signs of use or wear - If the product label or tag is missing or damaged - If the product has been damaged due to customer negligence - If the product has been opened or damaged, or if any components or packaging are missing or broken * For promotional gift items, minor defects such as dents, scratches, or pressure marks 5mm or smaller are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange or refund. * The final decision on all exchanges and refunds lies with the POP-UP operations team.
