The fan club booth “CARAT ZONE” for GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP (“CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP”) holders at DxS [SERENADE] ON STAGE - DAEGU will open on Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31. This “CARAT ZONE” will not include pre-applications. Instead, it will use an on-site check-in system with the MEMBERSHIP QR code. Be sure to check the details below regarding required items to bring and other guidelines for participation. ▶ CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP Fan Club Booth “CARAT ZONE” [How to Use] - Visit the “CARAT ZONE” booth during its operating hours - Verify your identity with a valid form of ID + Show the CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP QR code + Show your entry wristband for the day of the concert - Receive 1 SET of photo cards [Operating Hours] - DAY 1: From 12 pm to 5 pm, Saturday, May 30 (KST) - DAY 2: From 11 am to 4 pm, Sunday, May 31 (KST) ※ Please make sure to arrive during the operating hours to receive your special gift. ※ This event may end early, depending on on-site circumstances and safety issues. [Location] Daegu EXCO East Wing Hall 4 [Required Items] 1️⃣ Entry wristband for the same day as the concert * You can pick up your entry wristband at the identity verification booth * 2️⃣ Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) 3️⃣ CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP QR Code - Be sure to access the CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP QR code using the latest version of the Weverse app. - All of the items above must be presented; only physical wristbands and IDs will be accepted. [How to Access the CARAT MEMBERSHIP QR Code and Save for Offline Use] Newest version of Weverse app ➝ More (...) on the lower right > My Membership ➝ CARAT MEMBERSHIP CARD ➝ Access QR code & save for offline use ⚠️ You may not be able to participate on-site if your QR Code is not from the latest version of the Weverse app. Please check if you have the latest version of the Weverse app and make sure to update it if you do not. ⚠️ As network conditions may be unstable on the day of your visit, we recommend using the “Save for Offline Use” feature so that you will be able to view the QR Code while in airplane mode or saving a screenshot of the QR Code before visiting. ⚠️ The QR Code is valid for 7 days from the time of verification, so please be sure to check the remaining validity period before saving it for offline use. ⚠️ If the QR Code expires on or before your visit to the CARAT ZONE, update the validity period through “Regenerate QR Code” and then proceed with “Save for Offline Use.” ⚠️ You cannot access the booth with an expired CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP. If your membership expires on the day of your visit, please renew it in advance. [Precautions] - CARAT ZONE special gifts can be received once per person per day. Please note that attempts to receive special gifts more than once per day are strictly prohibited. - Only CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders with a concert ticket corresponding to the day of the visit can use the fan club booth. If you do not have a concert ticket for the day of the visit, you will be restricted from using the fan club booth. You cannot gain admission using a concert ticket for the other day. E.g.) To visit the booth on May 30, you must have a ticket for May 30 / If you are visiting on May 31, but carrying a ticket for May 30, you cannot use the booth - For efficient booth operations, please arrive at the concert venue early to use the fan club booth. - A valid ID card must include your photo, name, and date of birth for identification. (Screenshots of your ID will not be accepted.) ※ Valid Forms of ID for Verification ※ For Korean Nationality Holders: Physical Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Physical Passport or Residence Card (other forms of ID will not be accepted) - Photos, printouts, mobile screenshots, and mobile phone images will not be accepted. - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - For Korean nationality holders, if you entered your name in English when signing up for your CARAT MEMBERSHIP, only your physical passport will be accepted as a form of ID. - To participate in the event, the name you entered to sign up for your CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP must exactly match the name on your ID. (If you signed up with a nickname, your identity cannot be verified.) - You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP information and your ID information do not match. - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph, or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. (If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation.) - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - Additionally, if you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. - Your identity cannot be verified with other forms of ID not mentioned here, even if you are accompanied by a guardian. We ask for your cooperation. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - Transferring, lending, or borrowing CARAT GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card for identity verification is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found trying to use someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their Membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club events. [We kindly ask for CARAT’s cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the “CARAT ZONE” safely.] - Please follow the guidance of on-site staff to ensure that “CARAT ZONE” runs smoothly. - You will be restricted from using the booth if you are discovered engaging in behaviors such as lining up after the booth operating hours, cutting in line, or jumping over the fence. Please make sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff. - Please do not use abusive language or engage in inappropriate behavior toward the on-site staff. - After receiving the photo card, please take photos or videos only after exiting the “CARAT ZONE” booth. - Any behaviors that block or disturb the entrance or the exit are strictly prohibited for all CARAT using the CARAT ZONE. - Please show your respect and love for the artists by displaying good manners and respect for others throughout the CARAT ZONE event. We ask for your cooperation regarding the requests and guidance of the on-site staff. We do not hold responsibility for any adverse effects from a failure to check the above notice.
