The official merchandise can be purchased from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21 in two ways: on-site pickup after purchasing from Weverse Shop or on-site purchase. Please refer to the information below on making your purchases. 1. How to Pre-Purchase on Weverse Shop for On-Site Pickup Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse Shop SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL), then pick up their purchases on-site at 2026 SEVENTEEN 10TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND>. 1) Weverse On-Site Pickup Booth * Sales Dates/Times - From 10 am to 6 pm, Friday, June 19, 2026 - From 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2026 - From 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2026 * On-Site Pickup Dates/Times - From 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2026 - From 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2026 * On-Site Pickup Location - Incheon Asiad Main Stadium Northern Plaza [Important Information] * Weverse members can purchase the official merchandise through Weverse SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL) after coming within a 50 km radius of the 2026 SEVENTEEN 10TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> venue, then pick up their purchases on-site. * How to Pre-Purchase Official Merchandise on Weverse and Pick Up On-Site ① Click the [Weverse Shop] icon at the bottom left of Weverse Home - SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pickup Only] product from the PICKUP category ※ Before proceeding with payment, click the PICKUP Reservation button and select your desired pickup time. ② Weverse > Check the QR code on [Order History] in More ③ Arrive at the official merchandise booth at your pre-selected pickup time, present your QR code to the staff, and pick up your purchases. ※ Please make sure not to disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as purchases are picked up without identity verification. [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Picked Up On-Site on the Day of the Concert] * How to Exchange/Return - After the on-site booth operation period, please contact Weverse Help for inquiries regarding exchanges and returns. * Exchange/Return Eligibility Period - You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product. (However, in the case of a simple change of mind, exchanges are not allowed and only returns are permitted.) - “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. - During the on-site booth operation period, exchanges and returns are only available at the booth. Please visit the booth with the product and your order details. - After the on-site booth operation period, you may apply for exchanges and returns via the order details page or through Weverse Help [Contact Us]. - If the product differs from the information presented in its description or advertisement, or if it is delivered in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the contract due to defects or other issues, you may withdraw your purchase by contacting Weverse Help via [Contact Us] within 3 months of receiving the product, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of, or could reasonably have become aware of, such discrepancy. * Exchange/Return Shipping Costs In the case of a return due to a simple change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. In the case of an exchange or return due to product defects or discrepancies, the seller is responsible for the shipping costs. * Important Information on Exchanges/Returns - Exchanges and returns may be restricted in the following cases: - If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the buyer (however, opening the packaging for inspection is excluded) - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to full or partial use or consumption by the buyer (including registration of digital codes) - If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time - If the packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged (including albums, books, video publications, photo cards, poster cards, posters, and other reproducible goods, when the packaging has been opened) - If production of a made-to-order product has already begun (when potential irreparable damage to the seller is expected, and the buyer has provided written consent acknowledging that withdrawal of the purchase is not possible due to this reason) - If the product cannot be resold due to use, loss of components, or damage/malfunction/contamination caused by mishandling, or if it is returned with components missing - Additional restrictions on returns/exchanges may apply depending on each product category * Clothing/Bags/Shoes/Fashion Accessories - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to washing, stains, perfume odor, deodorant odor, or signs of use * Albums/Books/Video Publications - If the packaging of a reproducible product has been opened - If the product cannot be resold due to partial use or loss of components, or damage, malfunction, or contamination caused by mishandling - If the product is returned with components missing - Exchanges are only available in the case of defects and are limited to the same product and the same option. In all other cases, you will need to return the item and place a new order. - Even if an exchange request is submitted, if the seller has no remaining stock of the item for exchange, the exchange will not be possible. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * Merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. * All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). * Please have your receipt and payment method ready when exchanging a product. (If the product has been sold out, you will receive a full refund.) * Operating hours may change, depending on on-site circumstances. * Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Sold On-Site on the Day of the Concert] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please bring the product and receipt with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product, receipt, and payment method. 3) Exchanges & Refunds * Exchanges or refunds will be denied in the following cases: - The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - The product has had its value damaged to an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. However, refunds are not possible after the on-site booth operating period. 3. Official Light Stick Service Booth Information * Official Light Stick pairing and repair service are available. 1) Pairing Booth Outside the Venue * Operating Schedule - From 12 pm to 6 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2026 - From 12 pm to 6 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2026 * Location - Incheon Asiad Main Stadium Northern Plaza 2) Pairing Booth Inside the Venue * Operating Schedule - From 3:30 pm to 7 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2026 - From 3:30 pm to 7 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2026 * Location - FLOOR level, 2F, 5F [Official Light Stick Pairing] * You can pair your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 / OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 10th Anniv. at the pairing booth in the venue. * OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.1 and VER.2 do not support wireless control and pairing. * You can easily pair it using the official SEVENTEEN OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 app. Please refer to the schedule below for self-pairing using the app. * Day 1 - Available starting at 4 pm, Friday, June 19, 2026 (KST). * Day 2 - Available starting at 8:30 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2026 (KST). * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “SEVENTEEN Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
