As of the afternoon of Friday, June 19, the on-site preparation process has been delayed due to strong winds around the concert venue. To ensure the safety of both the staff and the audience, the on-site booth operating hours have been changed. Please check the changed schedule below. We ask for your generous understanding. 1. Non-Operation of Weverse On-site Pickup Booth We would like to inform you that the Weverse on-site pickup booth will not be operating for the 2026 SEVENTEEN 10TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026. As of the afternoon of Friday, June 19, certain products were damaged due to severe weather conditions including continued strong winds and heavy rain. As a result, the Weverse on-site pickup booth has been canceled. All orders for customers who completed their purchase during the pre-purchase period for Weverse Shop PICK-UP for this event will be automatically canceled and refunded. Your refund will be processed sequentially starting Saturday, June 20, 2026. You do not need to submit a cancellation request. Please note that it may take three to seven business days for the refund to be completed depending on your payment method. We apologize to the fans who have been looking forward to their purchases.
