How to Purchase On-Site on the Day of the Concert The 2026 VERNON THE 8 [V8] LIVE - GOYANG official merchandise can be purchased on-site. 1) Official Merchandise On-Site Sales Booth * Sales Dates/Times - From 12 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, July 11, 2026 - From 11 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday, July 12, 2026 * On-Site Sales Location - KINTEX Exhibition Center 1, Hall 2 [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. Please check the product guide banner on-site on the day of the event. * A slight margin of error may be present from the stated sizes. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for On-Site Sales] 1. Exchanges/refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. 2. During the on-site booth operating period, exchanges/refunds are only available at the booth where the purchase was made. Please make sure to bring your product, receipt, and payment method when visiting. 3. If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect but the item is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item, and a refund will be issued. 6. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Information Please make sure to turn on the Light Stick after you enter the venue. For this concert, Light Sticks will be synced for light effects, and you do not need to pair your Light Stick with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “SEVENTEEN Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
