We would like to inform you about the Official Light Stick wireless control and how to purchase the official merchandise of 2026 DINOxPICHEOLIN [吉BOARD (Gilboard) SHOW] on-site at Jamsil Indoor Stadium from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 23, 2026. 1. How to Purchase On-Site The 2026 DINOxPICHEOLIN [吉BOARD (Gilboard) SHOW] official merchandise can be purchased on-site. 1) Official Merchandise On-Site Sales Booth * Sales Dates/Times - From 1 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday, August 21, 2026 - From 12 pm to 5:30 pm, Saturday, August 22, 2026 - From 11 am to 4:30 pm, Sunday, August 23, 2026 * On-Site Sales Location - The Square in between Inner Gate 1 and Inner Gate 3 [Important Information] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise: - The purchase limit for each product is subject to change depending on availability. Please check the product guide banner on-site on the day of the concert. * A slight margin of error may be present from the stated sizes. [Important Notice Regarding Purchases] * All merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. * All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). * Operating hours may change, depending on on-site circumstances. * Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The 2026 DINOxPICHEOLIN [吉BOARD (Gilboard) SHOW] official merchandise will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for On-Site Sales] 1. Exchanges/refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. 2. During the on-site booth operating period, exchanges/refunds are only available at the booth where the purchase was made. Please make sure to bring your product, receipt, and payment method when visiting. 3. For related inquiries after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). 4. “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 5. If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect but the item is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item, and a refund will be issued. 6. A refund will be made to your payment method, and the gifts you received along with your purchase must also be returned. 7. Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - The gift provided upon purchase is not returned or is damaged - The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - The product has sustained damage to its value to such an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging 2. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Information Please make sure to turn on the Light Stick after you enter the venue. For this concert, Light Sticks will be synced for light effects, and you do not need to pair your Light Stick with your seat through the Official Light Stick app. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “SEVENTEEN Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
