Hunter Seat Information - People who purchase Hunter seats can attend the sound check event before watching the concert. - If individuals who purchase Hunter seats are unable to attend the sound check event due to personal reasons, please be aware that partial refunds will not be available. Reservation Information 1) Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Presale - Verification Period for Fanclub Presale: July 24, 2025 (Thu) 2:00PM ~ August 1, 2025 (Fri) 11:59:59PM(KST) - The members of SHINee’s official Fanclub “SHINee WORLD” membership(GL) on Weverse can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through the page to reserve the ticket of the concert. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period. - The verification process for the Fanclub Presale can be done through the Weverse account registered with the SHINee’s official Fanclub “SHINee WORLD” membership(GL). - If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page. - You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Presale per Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate verification will be impossible. - The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be changed, canceled, nor reused. If the Fanclub Presale is sold out, there may be no seats available for reservation when the General Sale opens. - General Sales do not support payment through bank transfer, but only by credit card. 4) Wheelchair Accessible Seats - Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fanclub Presale Period: August 1, 2025 (Fri) 10:00AM ~ 5:59:59PM(KST) - Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sale Period: August 4, 2025 (Mon) 10:00AM(KST) ~ - Wheelchair Accessible seats can only be reserved by 1:1 inquiry. - You can reserve up to two wheelchair accessible seats per show, including your companion. Accompanying guests must also purchase tickets to enter, so please make sure to reserve tickets together in advance. - You can only reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserves them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter. - You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats at the venue on the day of the concert day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). If you don't bring them, you can't get a ticket or use a wheelchair seat.
