We would like to inform you of the updated guidelines for sending fan letters and support. * Please note that the updated guidelines will take effect starting December 1, 2025. Until that date, fan letters and gifts will continue to be accepted under the previous guidelines. ✦ Fan Letters & Support Delivery Address ✦ High Up Ent, Y Building 2F, 67, Donggyo-ro 23-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (ZIP Code 03991) ✦ Fan Letter Delivery Guide ✦ ▶ Delivery Period : At any time ▶ Method : Mail to the address provided in this notice ▶ Allowed Items : Fan letters (written letters, donation certificates, message books) * Fan Letter Delivery Guidelines - Fan letters can be sent without prior application. - Please note that only fan letters are accepted. All other gifts or support items cannot be received and will be returned or disposed of. - Deliveries made by visiting the company or handing items directly to the artist are not allowed; all fan letters must be sent via mail. - When sending letters, please clearly write the group name + the member’s name. (e.g., STAYC SUMIN) ✦ Support Delivery Guide ✦ ▶ Delivery Period : From 1 week before to 1 week after the anniversary (e.g., for J’s birthday support, only items delivered between 12/2 and 12/16 will be accepted) ▶ Method : Send via mail/courier to the address provided in this notice ▶ Allowed Items : All gifts except prohibited items (Food items that are easily damaged, difficult to store, or prone to spoilage are not allowed.) * Support Delivery Guidelines - Support gifts other than fan letters can only be delivered for STAYC members’ birthdays and the debut anniversaries. - Only items delivered within the designated period will be accepted. Gifts outside the period will be returned or discarded. (Support delivery period : From 1 week before to 1 week after the anniversary) (e.g., support for ISA’s birthday support delivered during Sumin’s birthday support period will not be accepted.) - Support sent via mail/courier does not require prior application, but visiting the company or delivering directly is not allowed. - All gifts sent by fans will be safely delivered to the members. (Please do not request confirmation of receipt via email.) - When sending fan letters or gifts, please clearly write the group name + the member’s name. (e.g., STAYC SUMIN) - Cash-on-delivery packages and EMS shipments requiring customs fees cannot be accepted and will be returned. - Support cannot be received on weekends or on public holidays. - Please refrain from excessive packaging; simplified wrapping is recommended. - Any gift left at the company without permission will be discarded. ✦ Support Application Guide ✦ If you want to deliver support items through a method other than mail or courier, please submit a prior request via email using the format below and proceed after coordinating with the staff in charge. * Support Application Format ▶ Email Address : fanclub@highup-ent.com ▶ Email Subject : [STAYC Support Application] Date (YYMMDD) / Anniversary Name / Item / Individual or Team Name ▶ Content : 1. Support details & item list / quantities (please specify clearly) * Support Application Guidelines - Only support items that have been coordinated in advance with the staff member in charge will be accepted. Any support not discussed beforehand will not be received under any circumstances, and we are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this. - Support gifts can only be provided on STAYC members’ birthdays or debut anniversaries. - Only support delivered within the designated period will be accepted. Items sent outside the window will be returned or disposed of. (Support period: 1 week before to 1 week after the anniversary date) - Edible items cannot be accepted. - Please submit your support application at least 3 days before the intended delivery date. Applications sent 1–2 days prior or on the same day will not be accepted. - Items not listed in the application form cannot be delivered. - Support delivered by visit must be handed over only through the STAYC fan club manager. - If multiple applications are submitted for the same support item, priority will be given to the team that applied first. In addition, aside from visits strictly for support delivery (with prior approval), visiting any locations related to the members’ private lives—such as their dorm, company building, practice room, or makeup/hair salons—is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. Any unauthorized visits will result in a warning, and we are not responsible for any disadvantages that may follow. We sincerely thank all the fans for continued love and support for STAYC.
