After verifying your ID, you will be given a seat card, take a seat, and have an autograph session with the artist according to your seating order. - Please make sure to arrive before the event begins to verify your ID and ensure smooth progress before the event begins and be sure to sit only in your assigned seat. Access to the outside will be controlled after seating. - If you exchange winning numbers or change the location of your assigned seat, you may be asked to leave. [Important Information for the In-person Fan Signing Event] - If you participate in this fan signing event, please make sure to read the precautions regarding ID written below and bring your physical ID (photos and copies not allowed) and the 'miya-ne MEMBERSHIP KIT' items such as photo book and number ticket on the day of the event. - If the name you applied for the raffle is different from the name on your ID, you will not be able to attend the fan signing event. - Please be seated in your number before the event begins, and you will be restricted to move once the event begins. It is prohibited for winners to arbitrarily move between seats or leave their seats unnecessarily during the event. - During the event, you can get autographs in order of numbers. Please prepare in advance so that you can proceed according to your number, and write down a post-it with your name and post-it with a question in advance. (Even if you were not ready with writing the post-it, you must get an autograph according to the number of your order.) - Before getting an autograph, please attach a post-it with your name (Korean or English) written on the last page of the photobook. If you are to get an autograph on an item other than the photobook, the item will not be returned after collection. - Letters can be delivered to the artist only through staff at the signing event, but letters or gifts cannot be delivered directly to the artist. - Please hand over the fan signing event items you have prepared to the staff and the staff will pass them to SUNMI. Please understand that it is not possible to pass it directly to the artist during the event. Please understand that depending on the situation, you may not be able to use the props you provided. - All the fan signing items that you hand in will be returned after the end of the fan signing event on the same day, and we are not responsible for any loss of items that are not picked up at the designated return time. - You are allowed to take photos/videos as long as you are at your own seat. However, when you get autographs, you cannot bring items that can take photos or record, such as cell phones/cameras/camcorders/recorders/smart watches. If you are caught filming/recording in a place where filming and recording are prohibited, your data will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave. - The use of strobe lights when taking pictures is prohibited. - We ask that you do not disturb other people's movements by setting up cameras in aisles outside of your seat. - Personal live broadcasting is not possible during the event. - If you call an artist loudly enough to interfere with the event, you may be stopped on site. - Please refrain from requesting hand signs/PS/pictures, etc. during the event. - Name tags, POPs, etc. that may damage the artist’s clothes cannot be attached. - All kinds of food, including drinks, are not allowed to be brought into or delivered to the event venue. - Number tickets cannot be transferred, copied, or sold, and if any violations or fraud is detected, you will not be able to participate in future schedules or events. - For the smooth signing event, please refrain from excessive language or unreasonable requests towards the artist. - Even in cases not specified above, you may be restricted or forced to leave for actions that are judged to make it difficult to proceed the event smoothly. - We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from not being aware of the notice, so please read the notice carefully. - The 'miya-ne MEMBERSHIP KIT' purchased through this signing event cannot be exchanged or refunded. - This signing event may be subject to some changes or cancellation without prior notice. ■ Notice About a Valid Photo ID (1) Your ID will be accepted only when it’s ① a form of card (plastic material) or physical passport with ② your name, ③ photo, ④ date of birth or resident registration number written.
