The personnel check for the public broadcast will be checked in the following order, and the personnel check time will be indicated in the participation guide for each broadcast. 1. On-time tardy check When participating in each music broadcast, we will proceed with the personnel check on the time informed. If you are on-site but do not stand according to your number, you may be considered late, so please arrive at the site 5 minutes before the personnel check time and line up according to your number. If you arrive late, the pre-registration number will be invalid, so please follow the fan club manager's instructions and stand on the next number. * If you are more than 30 minutes late for the personnel check, your ranking will be invalidated and you will be given the last number, so please take note of this. 2. Identification and distribution of entry numbers Please prepare the required items in advance for a smooth process. If you received music-certified sticker on your attendance card, you do not need to bring the song download history. However, after receiving the attendance card, you must write your personal information in the personal information box with a permanent marker. Please note that even if you bring the attendance card, if your personal information is not filled out, it will not be recognized as a required item brought, so please fill out your personal information when you receive the attendance card! The availability of on-site participation will be announced when each broadcast participation is announced. On-site participants will be served on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, and those with required items will be assigned a number first, so please take note of this. 3. Distribution of attendance stickers and attendance event gifts Attendance event gifts will be distributed to everyone who attended to support SUNMI. Even if you were given permission to enter, if you are discovered only collecting the gifts and not entering to take part in the public broadcast, items will be asked to be collected back, and your ability to participate in future public broadcasts may be prohibited. Please note that there may be instances where attendance event gifts are given out after the broadcast and when leaving. 4. Collecting Letters All letters collected by the fan club manager will be given to SUNMI please be aware that you cannot deliver letters to SUNMI personally or to any other staff members, other than the fan club managers in charge. [NOTICE] For a fast and smooth organization on-site, you are not permitted to leave your designated spot after the personnel check time. Please go to the restroom and do not move around before the personnel check time. We intend to provide you with information on using the restroom or breaking up in the middle, depending on the conditions present on the day. In addition, even if you are not late, if you do not receive the pre-registration number and attendance sticker/attendance event gift due to not being in your designated spot, it will not be redistributed for any reason. As many people are keeping their place, please ensure that you are in your designated position during the personnel check time as well. [Public Broadcasting Penalty Notice] Penalty: If you do not participate on-site after being added to the list of confirmed participants through the participation application, you will receive a penalty. We ask for your cooperation so that public broadcasting runs smoothly. ※ Transferring your attendance card and wristband to others ※ Unauthorized departure while waiting for admission ※ Disadvantages to the fandom due to friction with the security team and the program ※ Photo/video recording and live broadcasting caught while recording is in progress [Public Broadcast Participation Notice] (1) All public broadcasting sites are prohibited from taking photos/videos, recording, or conducting live broadcasts. Please be sure to put your cell phone in your bag before entering if you plan to participate in the pre-recording because you can be asked to leave even if you use it to check the time and alerts. No pictures or videos may be taken, recorded, or live broadcasted at any time, including during the main broadcast. If photos/videos are taken or recorded, or live broadcasting is discovered, equipment will be confiscated, data will be deleted, and any additional fan club participation will not be allowed. In addition, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of the device that occurs during confiscation. ※ Each music broadcast has different policies on your belongings. Please be aware that there are some broadcasters that do not allow entry if you bring recording devices such as cameras or camcorders. Therefore, it is not possible to request the fan club representative to keep the camera. (2) After entering all public broadcasts, it is not possible to leave or change spots. Please follow the instructions of the fan club manager to request admission and receiving your designated spots, and please keep your spot until you leave. (3) The use of placards, personal cheering tools, and mobile phone billboards is not permitted. Please cheer for SUNMI loudly and brightly with Miyabong! (4) Personal comments and individual shouts are not allowed, except for the official fanchant. Please refrain from excessive personal comments during public broadcasts, including pre-recording, and excessive personal comments that interfere with the recording process may result in a warning and being asked to leave the site. (5) Fans are asked to actively cooperate with the direction of the fan club managers, program administrators, and on-site security teams.
