All fan club seating participation for SUNMI 1st Full Album [HEART MAID] will proceed as described below. If you are interested in participating, please read the information below and fill out the form accordingly. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from not carefully reading the information in this notice. How to Pre-Apply for SUNMI Public Broadcasts Fan Club Seating 1. You must pre-apply within the schedule posted on the SUNMI Weverse community, be included in the participant list, and bring all required items on the day of the event to participate in a public broadcast. 2. Pre-application must be submitted using the information of the person participating in the public broadcast. 3. Entry numbers will be distributed only to those included in the public broadcast participant list. 4. If you do not show up to three or more public broadcasts for which you were included in the fan club seating participant list, you will be unable to participate in any public broadcasts for SUNMI 1st Full Album [HEART MAID]. 5. If you are included in the participant list but fail to bring the required items, you will not be able to participate in fan club seating or receive gifts, but you will face no other disadvantages. 6. If you submit an application before the application period, do not follow the required application format, or submit multiple applications with the same applicant information, you will be assigned a number at the end of the list, and you may be excluded from the list if all first-come, first-served numbers have already been assigned. 7. If you are assigned a waitlisted number, you will only be able to participate if there are latecomers or no-shows. You may not be able to participate even if you show up on the day of the public broadcast. 8. The application page will open 15 minutes before the application time. After checking the information on the application form, click ‘Apply. * If you are a non-Korean nationality holder, you must apply using the English name on your passport. Entry is only possible using your name written in English. On-Site Precautions for SUNMI Fan Club Seating 1. Participation in fan club seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. - Entry is only possible if the information in your application matches the information on your ID card as verified on-site. - During the on-site identity verification process, additional information may be requested, such as confirmation of fan activity. Participation may be denied at the discretion of the staff in charge. 2. For each public broadcast, number verification begins at the announced roll call time. Even if you are at the roll call location, if you do not line up according to your number, you may be marked as late. Therefore, please arrive at the location ten minutes before roll call and line up according to your number. 3. If you are late, your pre-application number will be invalid. In that case, please follow the fan club manager’s instructions and stand in the latecomer line. 4. If you arrive after the end of the overall roll call time, you cannot participate in the public broadcast. - The overall roll call closing time will be announced when the public broadcast participation instructions are provided. 5. If you are missing any of the items required for verification, you must retrieve them before the end of the overall roll call time and stand in the latecomer line. If you arrive after the end of the overall roll call time, you will not be able to enter the fan club seating that day. 6. Participation is allowed only for the applicant on the list, and if a transfer or sale is detected, participation in all fan-related activities will be prohibited. 7. If you leave your spot without receiving your entry number after having your fan club required items verified, your application number will be invalidated, and you will be placed at the back of the line. 8. Make sure to use the restroom and move around as needed before the roll call time. We will provide guidance on restroom use or mid-event dismissal depending on on-site circumstances. * Please arrive at the venue ten minutes before the roll call time and line up according to your number. We will provide guidance through SUNMI’s official Twitter account (@official_sunmi_). * Please line up according to your number ten minutes before the roll call time. If you arrive after the roll call time, you will be considered late, and your pre-application number will be invalid. SUNMI 1st Full Album <HEART MAID> physical album (CD included) - We will issue a verification card upon the first check of your participation materials. - Make sure to fill out the [Name / Date of Birth / Contact Information / Membership Number] fields on your attendance card immediately upon receiving it. If you do not fill out the personal information, you will be considered to be missing necessary items. 1. A physical form of ID that can verify your identity - We will only accept a physical form of identification, such as a resident registration card, driver’s license, student ID, residence card, passport, or certificate. (No photos of identification materials in printed form or on a phone; no mobile IDs) - Your ID must include your photo and date of birth. - If the photo on your ID is not your own photo, it will not be accepted. - An ID that is difficult to verify because of damage will not be accepted. - If your date of birth is not listed on your ID, please be sure to bring additional documentation to verify your date of birth (a copy of your birth certificate, medical insurance card, family relation certificate, etc.). - If the fan club membership is not in your own name (e.g., if it is under a family member’s name), please bring your own ID along with supporting documents that show both the fan club member’s name and the participant’s name (i.e., official documents such as a resident registration, medical insurance card, or family relation certificate). - If you have changed your name, make sure to bring a copy of your resident registration that includes your names before and after the name change. * Mobile IDs are not accepted, so please be sure to bring a physical form of ID. 2. SUNMI miya-ne Membership - Printouts, copies, or screenshots will not be accepted. Make sure to have the membership card screen ready within the Weverse app. * If the membership is under a family member’s name, please bring documentation that includes both the membership holder’s and participant’s names (e.g., resident registration, family relation certificate, medical insurance card, etc.). * You must provide the information of the person participating in the public broadcast, not the name under which the membership is registered, even if the membership is under a family member’s name. 3. SUNMI Official Light Stick (Miyabong) - Only an operational SUNMI Official Light Stick (Miyabong) will be accepted. - We will check on-site whether it is operational, so make sure to bring a working Light Stick. - A Light Stick that does not work will be considered as missing. 4. SUNMI 1st Full Album [HEART MAID] Physical Album - Make sure to bring a physical album. (CD included) - Album purchase history will not be accepted. 5. Track Download Purchase History - Only the streaming platforms ‘Melon’ and ‘ iTunes’ will be recognized for all-track purchases. - Even if you completed a track purchase, your purchase will not be recognized if your music site membership information cannot be verified. - Track purchases made in MP3/DCF/FLAC format rather than individual tracks will not be recognized. - Only printed copies of your purchase history for each track and your music site membership information will be accepted. If you request verification through an electronic device on the day of the event, you will be considered to be missing necessary items. - Your track download purchase history must include your nickname. (The name on your membership information page must match the name on your ID.) - Only an ID with your own information or under the name of an immediate family member, as verified on a family relation certificate, will be recognized. In the latter case, make sure to bring your family relation certificate. ** You must print both pages ** Track purchase history image / Membership information page SUNMI | Entry Order - Applicants who arrive on time > Waitlisted applicants who arrive on time -> Applicants who arrive late - Latecomers will be admitted in the order in which they arrive. Numbers assigned through pre-application will become invalid. - If you are late to the regathering time, your assigned number will become invalid, and you will be admitted at the end of the line. SUNMI | General Precautions for Fan Club Seating Participation 1. Personal streaming, photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during public broadcasts (music shows). Violators will be removed, with their data deleted, and barred from participating in future fan club seating. 2. Cameras, camcorders, and other recording devices are not permitted. If you have such items, please store them elsewhere in advance. ※ Please note that, depending on the music show, some broadcasting stations check personal belongings and will not allow entry to those with filming equipment such as cameras or camcorders. Accordingly, requests to store cameras with the fan club manager will not be granted. 7. Fan club seating entry times and capacity may vary depending on on-site circumstances. 8. Only Official Light Sticks are allowed to be used for all fan club seating events. Personal slogans, cheering tools, mobile phone electronic displays, and paper/iPads are not permitted. 9. Excessive personal comments are prohibited and may result in sanctions by the staff if discovered. 10. During the recording, you cannot move or change seats, and you cannot leave midway through. Please only apply if you can stay until the end of the recording. 11. Those who have not had their identity verified and received an entry number by the end of the list check will be considered absent. 12. If you arrive on time but are missing any of the required participation items, you will not be allowed to enter for that day’s broadcast, but it will not be counted as an absence. 13. If you sell any of the public broadcast items distributed on-site, all items you received will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from participating in any future activities related to the album. 14. Admission for waitlisted numbers will be confirmed on-site on the day of the event. Those on the waitlist will not be marked absent if they do not show up on the day. 15. To maintain order, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and security team. 16. If you engage in behavior that hinders smooth operations, even behavior not specified above, you may be ejected or subject to sanctions. 17. If you are late for the second roll call, you will be placed last in the order, not according to your original number. 18. Letters and gifts with miya-ne’s love for SUNMI will be collected by the fan club manager. All letters and gifts you bring will be delivered to SUNMI. Please note that you cannot give them directly to her, to staff, or to anyone else other than the fan club manager. 19. We are not responsible for any disadvantages during participation resulting from not carefully reading the information in this notice. We will do our best to ensure that everyone’s public broadcast experience is enjoyable and trouble-free. Therefore, we kindly request your active cooperation with the fan club managers in charge, and we ask for your understanding that if there is a conflict with the on-site staff, the member may be restricted from entering public broadcasts in the future.
