If you fail to observe these guidelines, you may be escorted off the premises. Please stay in your assigned seat. - You may ask the artist to wear fans items (hairband, glasses, accessories that are not excessive, etc.). Please take them with you when you leave the stage and venue. (*Please note that gifts cannot be brought to the stage and will be returned immediately on site.) - One of the albums you purchased during the event period will be provided at the venue and signed by the artist on the album's cover. (You cannot choose which album version to be signed.) [Caution for Fan Signing Event] - We strongly recommend you wear a face mask at the event venue, especially when you enter the stage to get your album signed. - Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) for preventing the spread of COVID-19. - ID will be checked for identity verification before entering, so please make sure to bring your ID. (You will not be able to enter if the ID and the name you applied for are different when verifying your identity.) * The ID that can be used to confirm the winner is as follows. Please check in advance. - Korean minors : elementary/middle/high school Student ID, passport, national authorized certificate with photo and date of birth marked - Korean adults : identification card, driver’s license, passport - Non-Koreans : passport, alien registration card - All customers except Korean minors should never use Student ID (including university student ID) for identification. - Customers with nationalities other than South Korea should enter the draw with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. * In the case of ID, only a physical ID that can confirm a photo and date of birth can be verified.
