If you fail to observe these guidelines, you may be escorted off the premises. Please stay in your assigned seat. - During the fan signing event, it is not possible to give gifts to the artist or request to wear fans items (headbands, glasses, necklaces, bracelets, etc.), so please understand. (*Please note that gifts cannot be brought to the stage and will be returned immediately on site.) - One additional album will be provided at the event venue apart from the albums you purchased during the application period, and the artist’s signature will be on the album cover. (You cannot select which album version to be signed.) [Cautions for Fan Signing Event] - We strongly recommend you wear a face mask at the event venue, especially when you enter the stage to get your album signed. - Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.) for preventing the spread of COVID-19. - ID will be checked for identity verification before entering, so please make sure to bring your ID. (You will not be able to enter if the ID and the name you applied for are different when verifying your identity.) * The ID that can be used to confirm the winner is as follows. Please check in advance. - Korean Minors : Elementary/Middle/High school Student ID, Passport, National Authorized Certificate with photo and date of birth marked - Korean Adults : Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s license, Youth card (issued at community service centers), Mobile ID(Gov 24, PASS) - Non-Koreans : Passport, Resident Card(certification of alien registration) - All customers except Korean minors should never use Student ID (including university student ID) for identification. - Customers with nationalities other than South Korea should enter the draw with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. * In the case of ID, only a physical ID that can confirm a photo and date of birth can be verified.
