Open Weverse Shop app when you are within a 2.5-km radius of the 2023 TREASURE CONCERT [REBOOT] IN SEOUL venue during the purchase period. 2. Go to PICK-UP category and purchase the album you want. 3. Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders] page. 4. Visit the album booth and present the QR code to receive your album. ■ Purchase Information - Albums are limited in quantity and may sell out early. - There is no separate place to keep the album you purchased. - Exchanges or refunds are only available on-site on the day, and only during the album booth operating hours. Please check the album carefully after receiving it. - When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked, you will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out. Please note that the new photocard will be selected randomly. - Lucky Draw Ball Event tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances if lost. Ticket photos are not accepted as entrance tickets. - Even if the customer is unable to participate in the Lucky Draw Event due to the customer’s circumstances, no other benefits will be provided. - Photocards may have minor defects due to the nature of the material. Dents, scratches, ink splatters, and press marks of less than 5mm are not subject to exchange or refund. - Due to the nature of the MINI HOODIE production method, there may be small bits of thread attached to the product, which are not defective and cannot be exchanged or returned. - We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to your change of mind after receiving the special benefits. - If you wish to return the album due to a defect, you must return the special benefits well.
