[EVENT] TUIDE EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW [PLAYGROUND] Participation Guide for TUIDE Weverse Community Members
Hello. You are invited to the TUIDE EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW [PLAYGROUND]! This event is an opportunity to experience the excitement of discovering TUIDE before anyone else and to enjoy the experience together with us. To celebrate your participation, we have prepared special commemorative gifts and engaging programs for all attendees, so we hope you look forward to this memorable occasion. Please find the application process and detailed event information below. We kindly invite those who are able to attend to review the details and submit their applications. TUIDE EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW [PLAYGROUND] ▶ Event Dates - Day 1: Saturday, August 1, 2026 (KST) - Day 2: Sunday, August 2, 2026 (KST) * This concert is standing-only. Kindly keep this in mind when applying and attending the event. Check-in and entry will proceed in order according to your assigned entry number. Please be sure to check the timetable below for detailed operation hours. ▶ Location Layer11 (93-4, Sinsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul (41-11, Gwangseong-ro)) ▶ Operation Information - Number of Participants: 225 per day (selected through a raffle) * After the roll call, you will be able to view the Experience Zone. For a smooth viewing experience, please exit the Experience Zone once you have finished your visit. Afterward, please wait in the designated area starting one hour before that day’s concert begins, following the instructions of the on-site staff. Entry into the Performance Zone will proceed in the order of your assigned entry numbers. Please note that once your entry number sequence has passed, it will become invalid, and you will only be allowed to enter after those currently in the admission process have completed their entry. Please be sure to arrive before the entry start time to avoid any disadvantages regarding entry. * An entry wristband will be provided during the roll call. In case of loss, the wristband cannot be reissued. * The standing area does not have assigned seats. During the roll call, you will receive an entry wristband with your assigned entry number. Entry into the Performance Zone will proceed according to the order provided in your [Event Application History] (e.g., Regular No. 00). To ensure smooth verification, please make sure to wear your entry wristband until the end of the event. * For roll call groups assigned by time slot, entry will not proceed on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure smooth identity verification, please visit and complete check-in during the check-in time designated for your winning group. * If you arrive outside of your designated time slot, you may not be able to check in, depending on on-site circumstances. * The order of entry for the concert is not related to the order of roll call. Forming a separate waiting line is prohibited. ▶ Eligibility 1) TUIDE Weverse community member 2) This event is open to applicants aged 13 or older as of the application date. However, applications are restricted for those under the minimum age applicable according to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy and the privacy laws of the country and region of access (14 years old in Korea, 13 years old in the USA, 16 years old elsewhere). Those below the applicable age will not be able to participate, even with the accompaniment of a guardian. (Example: Users under the age of 14 accessing the site in South Korea at the time of application will not be permitted to apply for the event.) ▶ Application Period From 6 pm, Monday, July 20 to 11:59 pm, Sunday, July 26, 2026 (KST) ※ We are currently conducting system maintenance to ensure a more stable experience. Applying for the fan event will be temporarily unavailable during this time. Please try again once maintenance is complete. (*Maintenance schedule: Wed, July 22, 2026, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (KST)) ▶ Winner Announcement After 8 pm, Tuesday, July 28, 2026 (KST) * After the winner announcement time, please check your raffle result and winning group in “Event Application History.” ▶▶▶▶ Day 1 (8/1) Application Link ◀◀◀◀ ▶▶▶▶ Day 2 (8/2) Application Link ◀◀◀◀ * You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. * You will not be able to modify your application after you click “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. * You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. * For this event, you may apply for and be selected for both Day 1 (8/1) and Day 2 (8/2). <Important Information> 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, or any other unauthorized activities will result in immediate disqualification of the entry number without exception. Those found to have used such methods will not be permitted to participate in this event or attend open music shows for the debut album. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application on social media is discouraged as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 3) Personal information will be collected during the application process. Please apply only if you consent to this. [Information on Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information] - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company, Inc. - Recipient of Personal Information: ABD Co., Ltd. - Purpose of Collection: To verify identity and operate the on-site event for Weverse community members participating in the TUIDE EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW [PLAYGROUND] - Information Collected: Name (first and last), date of birth, phone number - Period of Retention and Use: Within 60 days after the event conclusion (information of applicants other than the winners will be terminated within 7 days after the event conclusion). You have the right to deny consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, you will be unable to apply for the event should you do so. <What to Bring to the Event> * Failure to bring the required items will result in your entry to the Experience Zone and Performance Zone being denied on the day of the event. * If you manage to retrieve the items within the check-in time, you may undergo the verification process again, but you may still not be allowed to enter depending on on-site circumstances. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name/date of birth/photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered as valid forms of ID. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for the event, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. Example) Name on ID: 홍길동 → Name on Application: 홍길동 (O) // Name on Application: Hong Gildong (X) Name on ID: Hong Gildong → Name on Application: Hong Gildong (O) // Name on Application: 홍길동 (X) ▶ Things to Note ※ As this event will take place prior to TUIDE’s official debut, all attendees will be asked to store their mobile phones in the waiting area before entering the Performance Zone, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the music and performance for a special experience. Please check in advance that your device is functioning properly before storing it. We kindly ask for your active cooperation with the on-site staff’s guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. ※ Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the Performance Zone. Any devices capable of taking photos or recording audio/video are also not permitted inside the Performance Zone. Anyone found violating these guidelines will be immediately removed from the venue, and any recorded photos, videos, or audio will be deleted on-site immediately. (Photography and video recording are permitted in the Experience Zone outside of the Performance Zone.) * This concert will be a standing-only event. Beverages and food are not permitted inside the Performance Zone, with the exception of water in plastic bottles of 500ml or less. Entry may be restricted for attendees carrying dangerous items such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers, as well as pets, bouquets, balloons, suitcases, ladders, tripods, or professional filming equipment (DSLR cameras, camcorders, etc.). We ask for your kind understanding for a smooth viewing experience and safe venue operations. * No storage area will be available on the day of the event. For safety reasons, suitcases, large bags, and heavy personal belongings will not be permitted inside the Performance Zone. For the safety of yourself and other attendees, we kindly ask that you bring only essential belongings. Please also take extra care to prevent the loss or damage of your personal belongings. * After entering the Performance Zone, you may choose your standing position freely. However, for the safety of all attendees, running or excessive pushing is strictly prohibited not only while moving during entry, but also while waiting inside the venue and during the concert. We kindly ask for your active cooperation in maintaining a safe and considerate concert environment. * Entry will be restricted after the concert begins, and re-entry will not be permitted after leaving the venue once the concert has started. * Filming for content production by ABD Co., Ltd. will take place during this event. As attendees’ faces may be recorded and may be included in external content at a later date, please only submit an application if you consent to this. Please also understand that your view may be partially obstructed due to on-site technical equipment and production arrangements.
