Hello, This is TUIDE Weverse. We would like to share some information on how to participate in the pre-recording of SBS <Inkigayo> on Tuesday, August 25. Please read the details below on how to participate before applying. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. 📍SBS <Inkigayo> Pre-Recording 1) <GRLS> - Scheduled Recording Date/Time: 8:45 am, Tuesday, August 25, 2026 2) <Flip-Flop Girl> - Scheduled Recording Date/Time: 1:30 pm, Tuesday, August 25, 2026 - Scheduled Broadcast Date/Time: 3:20 pm, Sunday, August 30, 2026 - Number of Participants: 280 + 10 waitlisted (first-come, first-served) - Roll Call Location: In front of the Deungchon-dong SBS Open Hall (442 Yangcheon-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul) The precise roll call location will be provided via a Weverse push notification. 🔎 “More” at the bottom of Weverse Home > “Settings” (gear icon) at the top right > “Push Notification Settings” > Service Notification Settings “Fan Event Notifications” ON/OFF setting - Roll Call Date/Time: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (KST) ➡️ 6:40 am - 7:50 am (KST): Numbers 1 - 280 / Waitlisted Numbers * In addition to the 280 confirmed participants, 10 applicants will be assigned waitlist numbers. Whether those on the waitlist will be admitted will be determined based on on-site circumstances on the day. ▶ Important Roll Call Information * If you arrive outside your check-in time, you may be unable to check in depending on the circumstances of the venue. * Please take note of the check-in time corresponding to your winning number. If you arrive after the roll call time corresponding to your winning number, you will be considered late and assigned a “late” number. When entering the pre-recording, you will be admitted at the very end of the line. * If you fail to arrive on time for the roll call, please stand in order in the “Late” line. * Please make sure to bring the wristband distributed during the roll call for every recording. Those whose wristbands have either been damaged or lost will be denied entry. * You will get a stamp on your wrist once your identity is verified to ensure smooth check-in. The ink is harmless to the body, but if you feel uncomfortable about getting a stamp on your wrist, please refrain from participating (KC-certified product). * The seating assignments are unrelated to the check-in order. Please refrain from forming a separate waiting line. ※ Entry to the main broadcast may be subject to change depending on on-site circumstances on the day. Entry will be granted in order of the confirmed pre-recording numbers, subject to venue capacity. ▶ Recording Participation Guide and Precautions * This event will involve extended periods of waiting and recording. Leaving and re-entering the venue during the event will not be permitted. Please keep this in mind when applying to participate in the pre-recording. * Your viewing experience may be disturbed by the camera during the recording, and the faces of some audience members may be recorded and included in future content. Please only apply for the event if you can tolerate such situations. ▶ Eligibility 1) Only those who have purchased the TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] product from Weverse Global with KR shipping (at least 1 Standard Edition Set or at least 2 copies of the Random product) and have prepared a Melon download statement for all tracks from TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] + a printout of the Melon member information page may apply. 2) You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this event. (Born on or before August 22, 2011) However, applications are restricted for those under the minimum age applicable according to the Weverse Company Privacy Policy and the privacy laws of the country and region of access. Those below the applicable age will not be able to participate, even with the accompaniment of a guardian. (* For South Korea and the US, applicants must be 15 years of age or older to enter this event / For countries and regions other than South Korea and the US, applicants must be 16 years of age or older to enter) * You must satisfy all of the above conditions to apply for and participate in the TUIDE music show. ▶ Pre-Recording Application - Application Period: From 4 pm to 4:30 pm, Saturday, August 22, 2026 (KST) ▶▶▶▶ Application Link ◀◀◀◀ ** The application page will open 10 minutes before the application period starts. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application before the deadline. ** You will not be able to modify your application after you click “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. ** Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. ** Please check your result and entry number under “TUIDE Event Application History” one hour after applications close. ** Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, based on applications received starting at the exact application opening time. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. ** You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. ** Multiple applications will be disqualified from participation. ▶ Important Information on Applying ※ Cancellations and refunds for products exclusive to this event will not be accepted after the winner announcement. ※ Even once the entry period is over, you can still request cancellation or refund of the event products before the winners are announced. However, if you cancel or apply for a refund and are picked for the event, your win may be nullified. 1) In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY]. 2) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 3) Posting a screen capture of your application may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 4) You will not be able to apply multiple times for this event. (You can apply once per account.) 5) When you apply, you will be asked to consent to the collection and use of your personal information. Please apply only if you consent to this. [Information on Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information] - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Recipient of Personal Information: ABD Co., Ltd. - Purpose of Collection: Identity verification for the TUIDE 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] open music show and on-site operations - Information Collected: Name (first and last), date of birth, phone number - Period of Retention and Use: Within 60 days after the event conclusion (information of applicants other than the winners will be terminated within 7 days after the event conclusion). * You have the right to refuse to provide consent to the collection and use of personal information but will not be able to apply for the event should you choose to do so. ▶ What to Bring to the Event - If you fail to bring any of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the event on the day. 1) At least 2 copies of standard TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] (Weverse Global / KR shipping) - Only customers who have purchased at least two copies of the standard The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] album (WE TUNE Ver. and/or WE PLAY Ver.)from Weverse Global with KR shipping are eligible to apply for the event. - The staff will not check the physical album on-site on the day of the music show. - Any version of the album will be accepted. (Purchase of at least 1 set product or at least 2 random products / Including purchases made to enter the raffle for the fan signing or fan showcase.) 2) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name/date of birth/photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency between pages, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for the event, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. * We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. Example) Name on ID: 홍길동 → Name on Application: 홍길동 (O) // Name on Application: Hong Kildong (X) Name on ID: Hong Kildong → Name on Application: Hong Kildong (O) // Name on Application: 홍길동 (X) 3) Download Statement of all tracks in TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] (Melon) + Melon Profile Page * If you have an attendance card distributed during the TUNE & PLAY 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] music show promotions, you may use the attendance card in place of the music download statement. (*Please make sure to fill out all required information fields on the attendance card.) - The number of printed pages is not restricted; however, all printouts must clearly display the full list of TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] song titles and the Melon nickname to be considered valid. - We only accept hard copies (printouts). Mobile screenshots (photos) will not be accepted. - Only “individual songs” or “FLAC” format will be accepted; “DCF” will not be accepted. 4) TUIDE Light Stick - The Light Stick to be used during TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] promotions will be provided only once for fans attending a debut album music show for the first time. Fans who receive the Light Stick must bring it with them when attending subsequent music shows. ▶ Precautions on Participating in the Open Music Show 1) Participants can only leave the open music show once all the performances are finished. If you engage in activities that result in conflict with the broadcasting station’s security team, including leaving in the middle of the performance, you may be subject to disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. 2) Depending on the music show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. 3) Taking photographs or videos or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or making audio recordings at the open music show venue, you may be subject to sanctions such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting station’s security team or staff. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding. ** If you are discovered attempting such an act, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. ** If you are discovered engaging in such activities, you will be banned from participating in future open music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display app, dolls, fans, etc.) is prohibited. 5) Actions such as running to the vehicle of TUIDE members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both the fans and TUIDE. 6) If you are assigned a fan seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 7) You may give your letters to the on-site staff at the music show venue, and they will be delivered to the TUIDE members. ** Any gifts other than letters cannot be delivered. We ask that you carefully read the notice before joining so everyone at the music show can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner.
