Hello. We will be holding a fan signing event to celebrate the beginning of TUIDE’s promotional activities following the release of The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY]. Any additional information will be announced via TUIDE Weverse and the official X account. <TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] Fan Signing / MAKESTAR> - Fan Signing Date/Time: 6:30 pm, Sunday September 20, 2026 (KST) - Application Period: From 11 am, Thursday, September 10 to 11:59 pm, Monday, September 14, 2026 (KST) - Retailer: MAKESTAR (https://www.makestar.com) - Procedure: 50 purchasers of TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] (WE TUNE ver. / WE PLAY ver.) will be selected by raffle ※ Purchases of The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] Weverse Albums ver., [TUNE & PLAY] Special Book ver., or [TUNE & PLAY] Merch (Gonggi Game) ver. do not count toward eligibility for the event. - Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea (Specific details will be provided individually to the winners at a later date) - Inquiries: https://www.makestar.com - Winner Announcement: After 3:00 PM, Tuesday, September 15, 2026(KST), announced on the MAKESTAR Event Page ※ This event’s hours may be changed or the event may be canceled depending on the circumstances of the day. Only TUIDE The 1st EP [TUNE & PLAY] albums can be autographed. * You may only get autographs on the albums provided at the venue. Autographs cannot be obtained anywhere other than on the album’s inner pages (e.g., photo cards, personal belongings, or any album components other than the album itself). If this rule is violated, the item will be confiscated. - Album purchases made for the purpose of entering the raffle for this fan signing cannot be canceled or refunded. 2. All fan signing participants must bring a valid ID. ※ Valid Forms of ID for Identity Verification - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * ID information must match the information provided in the event application. Only physical ID cards containing the name, date of birth, and photo will be accepted. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Identity verification is not possible if the photo on your ID card does not match your appearance or is damaged and difficult to verify. * IDs will be considered invalid if any information is unclear or illegible. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you submit a name in a language other than English when applying for the event, and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. Please have it ready in advance. * We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. 3. Only the winner can participate (one ticket per person), and your entry in the event cannot be transferred or sold. (If such violations are discovered, you will not be able to participate.) 4. You will be ineligible for all future TUIDE events if any inappropriate transactions or attempts are discovered, including the transfer or sale of your win. 5. Taking photos or making a video/audio recording from your designated seat inside the venue is permitted, but not when you are waiting to get your autograph or while receiving it. Taking selfies that demand the artists to pose or taking Polaroid photos or other instant camera photos are not allowed either. Please note that if such an attempt is detected, the memory card and recorded files on your device will either be confiscated or deleted, and you will be escorted out immediately. 6. Please cooperate with the staff in the venue, as you will be asked to leave if you move from or install cameras and tripods outside your designated seat. 7. You have the option to have either your name or your nickname written with the autograph at this fan signing. However, you must choose and use only one of the two. For a nickname, the one you request must be uniform across all members. Use of an inappropriate nickname is subject to staff intervention. 8. Please deliver any fan letters for the artist to the staff upon entry. 9. Simple props for taking pictures or videos can be given to the artist through the staff members at this fan signing, but please understand that you may not be able to use the props that you prepared, depending on the situation. (Please also note that any uncollected props may be disposed of on the day of the event.) 10. This fan signing does not accept post-its, and you cannot make any requests or demands other than the autograph (e.g., asking to draw something or write a special message). This event allows the use of a personal memo containing your desired message for the artist (e.g., a script). Nevertheless, if the memo is affixed to the album or includes inappropriate content, the staff reserves the right to confiscate it before the artist provides the autograph. 11. Please refrain from making unreasonable requests or engaging in physical contact with the artist, as such behavior may disrupt the smooth operation of the event. If you engage in inappropriate behavior toward the artist, you may be subject to disciplinary action and removal from the event, and may also be restricted from participating in future events. 12. Please contact the retailer for inquiries outside the information available in this notice. ▶ When applying for this fan signing, to select and verify the identities of the winners and conduct the event, personal information will be collected and provided as follows: ※ You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and provision of your personal information to third parties.
