[Notice] Notice of Legal Measures Against Violations of TUIDE’s Rights and Information on Submitting Reports

Hello. This is ABD. To protect the rights of TUIDE and ensure that the group can carry out its activities in a safe environment, we are taking legal action against acts such as the dissemination of false information, malicious criticism, insults, defamation, sexual harassment, and violations of privacy and personal information targeting our artists. Beginning in 2027, we also plan to provide updates on the progress of these efforts every six months. Recently, through our own real-time monitoring, we have identified numerous instances of malicious posts and comments that continuously demean, mock, or insult the character of our artists. Based on the evidence collected from various online communities and portals (DC Inside, Nate Pann, MLB Park, FM Korea, Women’s Generation, Jjukbbang Cafe, Instiz, TheQoo, Naver, SpinSpin, etc.), social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.), and music streaming platforms (Melon, Bugs Music, etc.), we will take all possible legal action. We wish to make it clear that those who are responsible for unlawful acts that violate our artists’ rights will be held strictly accountable, without any settlements or leniency. Your interest and reports are of great help in our legal response. If you encounter illegal activities regarding TUIDE or infringements of their rights, please report them through the “HYBE Artist Rights Violation Report Website (protect.hybecorp.com).” When submitting a report, we kindly ask that you include a full PC screen capture or a PDF file clearly showing the URL, username, post content, and date, as this will assist us in taking legal action.
