Concert Information - Time : (1st) December 30th(Sat), 2023 6:00PM(KST) / (2nd) December 31st(Sun), 2023 4:00PM(KST) - Venue: INSPIRE ARENA - Price: 198,000 won for VIP seat / 165,000 won for General admission seat (Including VAT) - Rating: 7 years old or older ※ VIP Seat - People who purchase the VIP seat can participate in a sound check event before watching the concert. - People who have reserved VIP seat can enter in advance before the main performance begins, watch the sound check event, and then watch the main performance without leaving. - VIP seat will open approximately 2 hours 30minutes before the start of the concert. Please note that partial refunds will not be issued even if you are unable to attend the sound check event due to personal reasons, so please keep this in mind when making reservations. (Admission time may vary depending on on-site conditions.) 2. Ticket Sale 1) Fanclub Presale - Verification Period for Fanclub Presale : November 16th(Thu) 12:00PM ~ November 21st(Tue) 11:59:59PM(KST) - The members of “Cassiopeia”(GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of TVXQ! can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through this page to reserve the ticket of the concert. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period. - For the verification process for Fanclub Presale, you can verify yourself with your Weverse account’s membership of “Cassiopeia”(GL), the official Fanclub of TVXQ!. - If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page. - You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the presale per Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate verification will be impossible. - The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Melon Ticket membership. - Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the performance. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (One ticket per person per concert) ㄴ Those who have completed Fanclub verification process by November 21st(Tue) 11:59:59PM(KST) - Fanclub Presale can be done without a bankbook or by credit card. But, in case of the method to make a deposit without a bankbook, the reservation must be completed by the day of reservation (11:59:59PM(KST)). If the deposit is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. - Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sales after the Fanclub Presale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale. 4) Wheelchair Accessible Seats - Fanclub Presale: November 21st(Tue) 10:00AM ~ 5:59:59PM(KST) - General Sale: November 23rd(Thu) 10:00AM(KST) ~ - Wheelchair accessible seat reservation is only available by phone. Please contact Melon Ticket Customer Service (1899-0042) for the reservation. You can purchase up to 2 seats per person including your companion. - You can only reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserve them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserve them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter. - You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the concert day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). ※ Direct shuttle bus will be operated by Kakao T on the show days.
