Forming a separate waiting line is prohibited. * Admission hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. * The entry wristband distributed during the roll call must be worn in all recording venues. [Eligibility] 1) 42 Membership Holders who have purchased one or more copies of TWS’s 1st Single “Last Bell” on Weverse Shop ※ Weverse Albums Ver. and COMPACT Ver. are not applicable for this event. 2) You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in the event. (Born on or before November 25, 2010) * You must satisfy all of the above conditions to apply and attend the event. [Entry Period] From 7 PM, Thursday, November 21 to 7 PM, Friday, November 22, 2024 (KST) [Winner Announcement] After 12 PM, Saturday, November 23, 2024 (KST) * Please check your result and winning number on the “My Events” page after the winners have been announced. * You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply.” Please proceed with the application in time. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. ** You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. [Important Information about Applying] - Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. - Posting a screenshot of your application on social media such as Twitter may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share the screenshot of your application with other people. (You may face disadvantages in participating in the TWS open music shows in the future if reports are submitted.) - You cannot apply or win more than once. - Winners of the TWS 1st Single “Last Bell” Weverse Shop Pre-Order event are excluded from the raffle draw for this event. - The time on the application page follows the server. We are not liable for the access issues that arise from network problems. - Please note that you cannot apply for the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of your personal information to third parties. * Refunds for the albums purchased are not available, even if you do not win the raffle. * The product orders of the winners will be changed to “Product Preparing for Shipping” after the winners are announced, and may not be available for cancellation or refund. [Required Items for Entry Verification] * If you forgot to bring some items, you may retrieve them before the end of the roll call. Please be advised that you will be marked absent and not be able to participate in the open music show on the day if you don’t bring all of the items below. Please carefully review the items you are required to bring to ensure that you are not adversely affected. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) Your ID should match the information you used in the open music show application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. Photographs, printouts, mobile screenshots, mobile app, or verification by a guardian will not be accepted. * If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have the seal of the head of a public agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date. IT must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language.
