Hello. This is HYBE. We would like to provide some information on how to enjoy TWS <SPARKLING DAYS: THE AZIT> and purchase the merchandise in the store. [Schedule] - Operating Period: From Friday, January 17 to Thursday, January 23, 2025 - Operating Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM (KST) - Location: 1&2 Floors, 82, Wausan-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea [Online Reservation Information] 1. THE AZIT accepts online reservations only. You can reserve a spot by going to the designated link only once per account on each date. 2. Reservation Opening: 10 AM, Thursday, January 9, 2025 (KST) (▶LINK) 3. The reservation link for THE AZIT will be uploaded on the TWS Official X channel. It will also be updated in this notice for your reference. 4. In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified ID can make the reservation. 5. Customers who are under 14 years old can reserve with the ID of their legal guardians. 6. The staff will check your reservation confirmation page at the entrance. Please present the logged-in app or the web reservation page to the staff, so they can process your entry at the site. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. 7. The reservation may close early because each session has limited capacity. In case anyone cancels their reservation, the session will automatically open again for reservation. 8. If you wish to change your reservation to another session, you can only do so for the sessions that are still open. Please be advised that you may not be able to change it because the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. 9. Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. 10. If you do not show up at your reserved time, your slot will be canceled automatically. 11. The reservation status will be updated in real time. The walk-in customers can also enter after reserving the available session in real time. [Entry & AZIT PASS Information] 1. Only the customers with AZIT PASS are eligible to use THE AZIT. 2. The AZIT PASS holders will receive “Welcome Package” upon entry. Once inside, they can freely use facilities and various programs in the venue. *Welcome Package Components (1 piece for each item) - Entry wristband, THE AZIT storybook, special gift keyring, handwritten scratch card (1 random out of 6 types), photo booth coupon, and sparkling blue lemonade coupon. *Interactive Programs - 7 Seconds is Enough: How to leave a good first impression! Follow 3 moves in 7 seconds - You + Me = ? Cabinet: Cabinet storing the cassette tapes with recordings of the members’ messages! - GO HIGH: Basketball game. Throw the ball, and score the highest in a given time! - Why Opposites Attract: Mini game that uses the S and N sides of the magnets. - Our Little V: Four-cuts photo booth to record your day wearing special outfits *General Programs - A WINTER NIGHT’S DREAM: A photo zone that makes you feel like you’re performing in the final performance at a festival & An exhibition where you can enjoy the artists’ actual outfits - 42 Lounge: A cozy space where you can freely communicate with others and leave a note 3. The AZIT PASS is issued at the information desk with a fee (KRW 15,000) upon entry. 4. The AZIT PASS will be automatically processed upon entry. You cannot request a refund (including the Welcome Package) once you enter the venue. 5. The AZIT PASS can be purchased only through credit cards and Samsung Pay. (Cash is not accepted.) 6. You can queue in front of the store 10 minutes before your reserved session. Please refrain from lining up earlier than that to prevent congestion at the site. 7. It will be considered a no-show if you don’t show up after 20 minutes has passed since your reserved session, and you cannot enter the store. Please make sure you visit on time. 8. The staff will verify your identity and check your reservation confirmation page. Afterward, you will be asked to enter in order. 9. You can stay in THE AZIT for one hour after your entry. Please make sure to keep the time limit, as the following session may be delayed if you leave late. 10. Entry may be delayed depending on the on-site circumstances. For a seamless experience, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. 11. You will not be allowed re-entry once you leave the venue. Please ensure you check the items in the Welcome Package upon receiving it. 12. If you’re visiting to exchange or refund a product, you do not need to reserve your visit. Please inform the on-site staff, and you will be guided accordingly. [Program Use and Information] 1. The Program Zone is located on the 1st floor. Each person can enjoy each interactive program once. 2. You can freely select which program you wish to participate in first. 3. Certain programs will reward you with a sticker if you participate. Complete the story of “THE AZIT Storybook” with the stickers you receive in each program. 4. Please refrain from rough behaviors and follow staff’s instructions for everyone’s safety. 5. The “Our Little V” photo booth can be used once after submitting the coupon. For long lines, you can register in the queuing system and take a photo when your turn comes. 6. The sparkling blue lemonade can be claimed at the Drink Exchange Booth after submitting the coupon. 7. The photo booth and the drink coupons are valid on the day of your visit only. They cannot be refunded even if you do not use them. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] 1. The Merch.zone is located on the 2nd floor. Purchasing merchandise is limited to once per person. 2. Write the quantity of the merch you wish to purchase in the order sheet provided at the entrance and submit it to the counter on the 2nd floor for payment. Then, you will receive the products on the spot. 3. All products may sell out early. The AZIT PASS cannot be refunded even if the products are sold out. 4. The limit to the number of items one guest can purchase may be limited for each product, and the payment may be denied or canceled if the number exceeds the limit. 5. The purchase limit for each quantity can be checked at the site and is subject to change depending on the stocks. 6. The shopping bags are provided at a cost to the customers who purchase the products. A separate purchase cannot be made without a valid reason. 7. We only accept credit cards and Samsung Pay. (No cash payment.) 8. Please consult the staff should you need additional information regarding other products and purchases. [Exchange and Refund] 1. For exchanges and refunds, please bring the item, receipt, and method of payment to THE AZIT within 14 days of making the purchase. 2. During THE AZIT operation period, the exchanges and refunds are available only at THE AZIT store. 3. After THE AZIT operation period, refunds are not accepted regardless of the 14-day purchase policy. 4. For inquiries on exchanges after the operating period, please send your emails to popup@hybecorp.com. 5. If the product you asked for exchange due to defects is sold out, we can only provide you with a refund. 6. A refund will be made to your payment method, and the giveaways you received along with your purchase must also be returned. 7. Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: - The giveaway item is not returned or damaged - Destroyed or damaged product such as damaged or missing product tag, label, packaging, etc., by fault of the customer - Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, and signs of being washed - Products’ decrease in value to such an extent that it cannot be resold [Other important information] 1. No food or drinks are allowed for your pleasant experience, and animal companions will be restricted from entering the store. 2. Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (Bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). 3. CCTV cameras are in operation for the safety of our customers and staff. 4. We may take photos or videos inside and around THE AZIT store in which customers may be included, and the results may be uploaded on HYBE’s official channels, social media pages, media, etc. We ask for your understanding. 5. Parking is not allowed at the building. Please use other parking lots or public transportation. We do not offer separate assistance for parking. 6. Do not purchase illegal merchandise.
