To ensure a smooth visit, please be sure to refer to the information provided in this notice in advance. *The 42: ZONE is an event booth exclusively available to 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders. Weverse Digital Membership holders are not eligible to participate in the event. Please take this into account when visiting. ▶ 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP Fan Club Booth “42: ZONE” [How to Use] Visit the “42: ZONE” booth during its operating hours, verify your identity and your 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP, and receive one random photo card. ※ The images on the photo cards will be the same for all three days. ※ Photo cards will be provided randomly. Each person can only receive one photo card. (Receiving it by a proxy or multiple times is not allowed.) Mobile ticket (for those who have completed Face Pass registration) 1-2. Concert wristband (issued after visiting the IN-PASS booth) 2. Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) 3. 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile or physical) ※ After receiving the photo card, a tattoo sticker will be applied to your wrist to confirm your receipt. The tattoo sticker uses an ink certified by the Korean government and is harmless to the body. However, if you feel uncomfortable, please talk to the on-site staff and we will assist you with an alternative confirmation method. ※ Failure to provide any of the above items will prevent you from participating in the event. ※ The name on the ticket reservation must be the same as the name on the membership. ※ If you have completed Face Pass registration, you can verify your identity through your mobile ticket (No need to receive a wristband). ※ Forging or altering concert tickets, IDs, or membership cards is strictly prohibited. ※ You can only visit once per day. 💡42: DON’T FORGET BEFORE VISITING THE ZONE! [How to Check Your Saved Membership Card] - Tap [More (...)] at the bottom of the Weverse main screen → Go to “My Membership” Once you save your membership for offline use, you can open your membership card on-site without a network connection by going to [More] at the bottom of the Weverse main screen > “My Membership.” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔔 42: ZONE EVENT 🔔 One! “LUCKY CARD” Event If your random photo card is a “LUCKY CARD,” please go to the “LUCKY CARD Booth” located at the “LUCKY BOOTH.” Then present your card and claim 1 photo card set (composed of six cards). Two! “LUCKY CAPSULE” Event If your random photo card is a “LUCKY CAPSULE” card, please proceed to the “LUCKY CAPSULE BOOTH” located at the “LUCKY BOOTH.” Present your card, claim 1 random photo card, and participate in the capsule event. *You can only participate in the capsule event only once per LUCKY CAPSULE card. *You cannot claim your random photo card after participating in the capsule event. Please make sure you claim your random photo card first before proceeding with the event. *Your prize cannot be exchanged. Three! “42 STAMP ZONE” A “42 STAMP ZONE” will be installed at the exit area of the “LUCKY BOOTH.” You can freely stamp your stamp book (one of the items in the 42 MEMBERSHIP KIT) to your liking. Don’t miss out on the chance to stamp your <42: CLUB> memories! * The stamp zone may be crowded depending on on-site circumstances. Please make sure you follow the instructions of the staff. *The stamp design will be the same for all the three days. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Precautions] - Only 42 MEMBERSHIP holders with a <42:CLUB> concert ticket corresponding to the day of the visit can use the fan club booth. Each person may use the booth only once. (Once per day per person.) e.g., To visit the booth on Friday, February 14, you need to have a ticket for the 14th. If you are visiting on Friday, February 14, but carrying a ticket for the 15th, you CANNOT use the booth. - Please arrive at the concert venue early to avoid crowding at the booths. (You will be restricted from using the fan club booth if you do not have a same-day concert ticket.) - A valid ID card must include your picture, name, and DOB for verification. (A photo of your ID card will not be accepted.) [Information about Identity Verification] ▶ For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) ▶ For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card ※ Photographs, printouts or mobile screen captures will not be accepted. ※ Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph, or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. ※ If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. ※ Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) ※ Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. ※ If you entered your name in English when signing up for your 42 Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. ※ You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your 42 Membership information and your ID information do not match. ※ To participate in the event, the name you entered to sign up for your 42 Membership must match the name on your ID. (If you signed up with a nickname, your identity cannot be verified.) ※ Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. ※ An ID for Korean nationality holders must include a photo, clearly display the 6-digit resident registration number and the holder’s name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. ※ An application certificate must have the seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape.
