The official merchandise can be purchased on-site. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. 1. How to Purchase On-Site on the Day of the Concert The 2025 TWS 1ST FANMEETING <42:CLUB> IN SEOUL official merchandise can be purchased on-site on the day of the event. 1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON-SITE SALES BOOTH * Sales Date/Time - From 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday, February 14, 2025 - From 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday, February 15, 2025 - From 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday, February 16, 2025 * On-Site Sales Location - Plaza in front of Olympic Handball Gymnasium [ Important Information ] * Sales may end early if all items are sold out. * Payment Methods: Payment can be made by cash or credit card. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limits for Official Merchandise - A maximum of two OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKS can be purchased per customer. - For TRADING CARD SET and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of ten items can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, TRADING CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of three items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than one option, up to three items can be purchased per option (e.g., for S/S SHIRT, you can purchase up to six pieces, three pieces per size). - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. [Important Notice Regarding Purchase] * All merchandise may be sold out early before the end of sales hours. * All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW). * Please have your receipt and payment method ready when exchanging a product for defects. (If the product is sold out, you will receive a full refund.) * Operating hours may change depending on on-site circumstances. * Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. * Do not purchase illegal merchandise. The official merchandise of 2025 TWS 1ST FANMEETING <42:CLUB> IN SEOUL will only be sold at the official merchandise sales booth at the concert venue and on Weverse. Please ensure that you are not adversely affected by purchasing illegal merchandise. * Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth. [Exchanges/Refunds for Official Merchandise Sold On-Site on the Day of the Concert] 1) Exchanges * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. Please have the product and receipt ready. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after on-site booths are no longer in operation, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). * “Random” products can be exchanged only if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product, receipt, and payment method. 3) Refunds & Exchanges * Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: - Damage to the product, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, and signs of being washed. Products’ decrease in value to such an extent that it cannot be resold. - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. However, refunds are not possible after the on-site booth operation period. 2. Official Merchandise Service Booth Information Exchanges and refunds are available for official merchandise purchased on-site, including Official Light Stick service. 1) OUTDOOR OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE SERVICE BOOTH * Operating Schedule - From 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday, February 14, 2025 - From 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Saturday, February 15, 2025 - From 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Sunday, February 16, 2025 * Location - Plaza in front of Olympic Handball Gymnasium 2) INDOOR OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE SERVICE BOOTH * Operating Schedule - February 14 (Fri) – 16 (Sun), 2025, from when the gate opens to 30 minutes after the concert begins - The indoor booth offers light stick-related services only. * Location - Gate 2-3 Section 3. Official Light Stick Wireless Control Information Light sticks will be synced for light effects at the concert. For this concert, you do not need to pair your light sticks with your seat through the official light stick app. Please make sure to turn on the Light Stick after you enter the venue. * Please make sure to insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires 3 AAA alkaline batteries. * Your light will fade if the battery is low, and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “2025 TWS 1ST FANMEETING <42:CLUB> IN SEOUL Official Light Stick Use Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information.
