The fan club booth “42:ZONE” for TWS GLOBAL FAN CLUB 42 MEMBERSHIP (GL) holders at TWS TOUR “24/7:WITH:US” IN KAOHSIUNG will open on January 31 and February 1. Please read the details below. We look forward to 42’s participation. To ensure a smooth visit, please be sure to refer to the information provided in this notice in advance. * The 42:ZONE is an event booth exclusively available to 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP holders. Weverse Digital Membership holders are not eligible to participate in the event. Please take this into account when visiting. [How to Use] Visit the “42:ZONE” booth during its operating hours, verify your identity and your 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP, and receive one random photo card. ※ The images on the photo cards will be the same for both days. ※ Photo cards will be provided randomly. Each person can only receive one photo card. (Receiving it by a proxy or multiple times is not allowed.) [Operating Hours] Saturday, January 31: From 2 pm to 6 pm (Local Time) Sunday, February 1: From 11 am to 3 pm (Local Time) [Location] Open space near the entrance to KAOHSIUNG MUSIC CENTER [Required Items for Confirmation] 1) Concert ticket for the day of your visit 2) Physical ID card (for the verification of your photo, name, and date of birth) 3) 42 GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP CARD (mobile only) ※ Failure to provide any of the above items will prevent you from participating in the event. ※ To prevent multiple participation, those who have received a photo card will get a stamp on their wrist. The ink is harmless to the body, but if you feel uncomfortable about getting a stamp on your wrist, please refrain from participating. ※ 42 Memberships can only be verified with a mobile card. Please bring your mobile card with you. ※ In order to use a mobile card for verification, please use the “Save for Offline Use” feature. - Tip: Before arriving at an area with heavy network traffic, such as the concert venue, save the Membership you have signed up for in advance. Then you can check your Membership information even when you are not connected to the network. - Instructions: [More] at the bottom of Weverse Home > [My Membership] > [Save for Offline Use] [“LUCKY CARD” EVENT] If you receive a “LUCKY CARD,” please visit the “LUCKY BOOTH” and receive your reward. You will receive a set of six individual photo cards if you receive a “LUCKY CARD” from a random individual photo card. [Precautions] - Only 42 Membership (GL) holders with a concert ticket corresponding to the day of the visit can use the fan club booth. Each person may use the booth only once. (Once per day per person / Receiving it by a proxy or multiple times is not allowed) e.g., To visit the booth on Saturday, January 31, you need to have a ticket for the January 31 concert. If you are visiting on Saturday, January 31, but carrying a ticket for the Sunday, February 1 concert, you CANNOT use the booth. - A valid ID card must include your picture, name, and DOB for verification. (A photo of your ID card will not be accepted.) ※ What are valid forms of ID? - Valid ID with your photo (For non-Korean nationality holders, only your passport will be accepted) - Photographs, printouts, or mobile screen captures will not be accepted. - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph, or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. (If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation.) - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Your identity cannot be verified with other forms of ID not mentioned here, even if you are accompanied by a guardian. We ask for your cooperation. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. - You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your 42 Membership information and your ID information do not match. - To participate in the event, the name you entered to sign up for your 42 Membership must match the name on your ID. (If you signed up with a nickname, your identity cannot be verified.) - For Korean nationality holders, if you entered your name in English when signing up for your 42 Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. - Additionally, if you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. Please have them ready in advance. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We may run an additional check on your Mobile ID through the Mobile ID Verification App (created by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety) if necessary. Your personal information will not be saved on the app or the staff’s device running the app. - Transferring or borrowing another person’s 42 MEMBERSHIP CARD or ID card for identity verification is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found trying to use someone else’s card, both the borrower and lender will lose their Membership status and be banned from participating in any future fan club events. - To ensure smooth booth access, please arrive at the concert venue well in advance. - We kindly ask for 42’s cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the “42:ZONE” in a safe and enjoyable manner. - To ensure the smooth operation of “42:ZONE,” creating unofficial waiting lines for purposes such as exchanging photo cards is prohibited. - Please do not use abusive language or engage in inappropriate behavior towards the on-site staff. - Any behaviors that block or disturb the entrance or the exit are strictly prohibited for all 42s using the 42:ZONE. - After receiving the photo card, please take photos or videos only after exiting the “42:ZONE” booth.
