Please check in during the time slot of your winning number. * If you arrive outside your time slot, you may be unable to check in depending on the circumstances of the venue. * Ticket distribution and admission time: TBA on the day of event * The seats for the showcase is irrelevant to the check-in order and forming a separate waiting line is prohibited. <How to Apply> **Only MOA Membership holders may apply to enter the event. * If you are not MOA Membership holders at the time of identity verification on the day of the event, you may be refused admission. ▶ “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” Comeback Showcase Application - Application period: 11:00 AM, Friday, December 16 to 23:59 PM, Monday, December 19, 2022 (KST) - Winner announcement: After 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 (KST) - Application link ** Please check the raffle result and admission number at “Event Application History” after the winner announcement time. ** This event is only for ages 14 and above. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. ** Participants who fail to arrive on time will be given a new number following the last number. ** Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. <Notice> 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to this event as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to music program no-shows. 2) Posting a screen capture of your application may result in misuse of the information. We ask for your cooperation. ** Those with passports issued after December 21, 2020 must present a Passport Information Certificate along with your passport. * We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile driver’s license. You may be asked to open and run the mobile driver’s license application on-site. ** If you entered your name in English when signing up for your MOA Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. ** Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. ** Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID.
