Hello! This is your TOMORROW X TOGETHER fan club manager. We would like to provide you with some information about the SBS Inkigayo live show participation on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Please read the notice below before participating in the event. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. ▶ SBS Inkigayo Live Premiere - Scheduled Time of Broadcast: 3:40 PM, Sunday, July 30, 2023 (KST) - Check-in Venue: In front of the Deungchon-dong SBS Open Hall - Check-in Time: 1:50 PM, Sunday, July 30, 2023 (KST) - Participants: 10 <How to Apply> ** Only MOA Membership holders + Those who purchased three or more versions of “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” (Daydream, Nightmare, Farewell) through Weverse Shop (any version) through Weverse Shop can apply for the event. ** You must satisfy all three of the above conditions to participate in the music show. ▶ SBS Inkigayo Live Premiere Application - Application Period: 8:00 - 8:30 PM, Thursday, July 27, 2023 (KST) - Application Link ** The application page will be activated 10 minutes beforehand. Please enter the application link in advance, fill in your personal information, check your consent to collect/use your personal information, and complete the application for participation in time. ** It is impossible to modify your application after clicking "Apply for Participation", so please proceed with the application in time. ** Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications received from 8:00PM (KST). ** Only those who were born before July 30, 2008 can participate in the music show. ** The application page will open based on the server time. ** Check if you have won and your entry number on the "TXT Event Entry History" web page 30 to 60 minutes after the application period has closed. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. ** Participants who fail to arrive on time will be given a new number following the last number on the waitlist. ** Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. <Important information> 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to this music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to music program no-shows. 2) Posting a screen capture of your application on Twitter, etc. may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screen capture with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) <What to bring to the music show> ** You will be denied entry if you are missing any one of these items. 1) Those who purchased three or more versions of “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” (Daydream, Nightmare, Farewell) through Weverse Shop (any version) - Only those who purchased three or more versions of “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” album through Weverse Shop can apply for the event. - The staff will not check the physical album on-site on the day of the music show. - The version of the album does not matter. (One set product or three random products / It includes the purchase of the album for the Comeback Showcase.) 2) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - Korean nationals: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID card - Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card - Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that contains your name / date of birth / photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. - A Korean national holder’s ID must be issued by the director of a public administrative agency. - If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the MOA membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID card. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - We do not accept student IDs. - Only the valid IDs are accepted. - If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged beyond recognition, you need to present another ID. - An ID will not be accepted as valid if the information cannot be clearly identified. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For JP Shop members, if you signed up in a language other than English, making it impossible to verify with your English name on your passport, you may be asked to present another ID that includes your photo and name in the language you signed up in. Please have them ready in advance. Example) Name on ID: 최수빈 -> Name on application: 최수빈 (O) // Name on application: CHOI SOOBIN (X) Name on ID: HUENING KAI -> Name on application: HUENING KAI (O) // Name Used in the Application: 휴닝카이 (X) 3) Official Light Stick <Precautions for Participating in the Music Show> 1) Participants can only leave the venue once the music show has come to an end. If you engage in activities that result in conflict with the broadcasting station security team, including leaving in the middle of the performance, you may be subject to disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. Please follow all staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. 2) Depending on the program, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the policies of the program before applying. 3) Photography, videography and audio recording is strictly prohibited inside the venue during the music show. Photography, videography or audio recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or recording during the event, you may be subject to disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting station's security team or staff. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable performance experience for all MOA. ** If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue and the photos, videos or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. ** If you are discovered engaging in such activity, you will be banned from participating in future music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items except the official TOMORROW X TOGETHER light stick are prohibited (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display app, dolls, fans, etc.). 5) Actions such as running to the vehicle of TOMORROW X TOGETHER members arriving or leaving is extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such actions, you will be banned from participating in future music shows. We ask for your cooperation to ensure a safe music show for all MOA and TOMORROW X TOGETHER members. 6) If you are assigned a fan club seat, leaving your assigned seat is strictly prohibited. 7) You can deliver your letters to the TOMORROW X TOGETHER members at the music show. Please pass on your letters to the on-site staff and they will deliver them to the artists. ** Gifts other than letters are not permitted. We ask you to read the notice thoroughly to ensure a safe and enjoyable performance experience for all MOA. Some content of this notice may be subject to change or update.
