We look forward to your participation. ▶ “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” Comeback Showcase - Date and Time: 4:00 PM, Saturday, October 14, 2023 (KST) - Number of MOA Membership Participants: 700 people (selected via a raffle) - Roll Call Location: Grand Peace Hall at Kyung Hee University - Roll Call Times: Saturday, October 14, 2023, by groupings: 11:00 AM (KST) Numbers 1 - 200 12:00 PM (KST) Numbers 201 - 400 1:00 PM (KST) Numbers 401 - 600 2:00 PM (KST) Numbers 601 - 700 Please note: * Check-in numbers are assigned randomly purely for attendance verification purposes only and are not in any particular order. It is not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. * Make sure to check in during your assigned roll call time slot, corresponding to your winning number. * If you arrive outside your time slot, you may be unable to check in depending on on-site circumstances. * Ticket Distribution and Admission Time: TBA (to be announced) * Seating is unrelated to the check-in order. Forming a separate waiting line is not allowed. <How to Apply> ** Only MOA Membership holders can apply for this event. * If you are not a MOA Membership holder at the time of identity verification on the day of the event, you may be denied admission. ▶ “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” Comeback Showcase Application - Application Period: From 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 20 to 11:59 PM, Friday, September 22, 2023 (KST) - Winner Announcement: After 11:00 AM, Sunday, September 24, 2023 (KST) - Application link ** Please check the raffle result and admission number at “Event Application History” after the winner announcement time. ** The event is open to individuals aged 14 years or older, the minimum age to join MOA Membership. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. ** Individuals who submit multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. <Notice> 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the comeback showcase as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) <What to Bring to the Event> * If you fail to bring the items for verification, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. * If you bring the items within the check-in time, you may proceed with the verification process, but you may not be allowed to enter depending on on-site circumstances. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID Card (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS App) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card(certification of alien registration) *Other IDs are not allowed. (e.g. student ID, photocopies, photos, certified copies of resident registration, etc) *Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. *Photos of IDs, printouts, and screenshots of your mobile ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. *The information on the ID must be identical to the information you have entered for the raffle. The ID must include a full legal name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information you have provided for the raffle, you will be denied admission. *All IDs must be presented physically and must be current (i.e., not expired) to be considered valid. *For South Korean nationals, an ID must contain a photo, a 13-digit resident registration number, and the full name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office. *If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiry date — all protected with a transparent sticker. Any ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. *For customers who entered the raffle with names in languages other than English and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has their photo and name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. *When verifying your ID, we may conduct additional verification processes, such as asking you questions or requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. *If you provided your name in English during MOA Membership registration, only your passport is valid for identity verification. *Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID.
