It’s still a bit early, but we prepared a great event for us to look back on the year so far and reminisce about the memories we shared. Talk about the most memorable moment of the year or use your own favorite props to make the call even more fun! ** Only MOA Membership holders may apply to enter the event. You cannot enter if you are not a MOA Membership holder, and may be ineligible to participate if your membership period expires before the day of the event. Important information for application 1. You must log in with the same Weverse account ID as our MOA Membership Weverse Shop account in order to be eligible to participate. 2. Only one event application entry per one account. 3. Your membership must be valid on the day of the event. Your selection will be void if you cancel your membership after winning a place in the event. 4. Weverse and Weverse Shop collects personal information (name / date of birth / email / phone number) to verify winners. Additional information may be collected if you are selected, and your information may be provided to Big Hit Music (Period of personal data retention and use Information will be deleted seven days after conclusion of event.) 5. Your selection for the event cannot be transferred / sold to another party (void if such transactions are discovered), and your entry may be restricted if your information does not match the information in your entry application. 6. The video call fan sign event will take place via the KakaoTalk mobile app according to pre-provided time slots. You will be unable to participate if your connection during the event is unstable or if you cannot participate via KakaoTalk. 7. This event is subject to partial change or cancellation without prior notice. Important information for winners 1. Only winners selected for the event may participate in the video call (1 call per 1 person), and your participation may be restricted or the call terminated if you are not the winner or more than one person is seen during the video call. 2. Your video call will take place according to the time slots that will be provided as part of the winner announcement. Please check the time of the event and stand by in a location with a good network connection. 3. We will inform you of the start of the event via KakaoTalk message before the video call begins. Please have your ID ready as the event manager will check your ID to verify your identity before you are connected with the artist. <Valid forms of ID for identity verification> Only the forms of ID listed below will be accepted, and you must present the physical ID. (Photocopies or photographs not accepted). * For Korean nationality holders: Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), youth ID (issued by the resident center) * For non-Korean nationality holders: Passport, Residence Card (formerly “Alien Registration Card”) * Passports issued after December 21, 2020 must be accompanied by a passport information certificate. ** If you entered your name in English when signing up for your MOA Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. ** You will not be eligible to participate in the event if your MOA Membership information and your ID information do not match. ** Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. 4. Your name / photograph / date of birth should be indicated on your ID, and your participation will be restricted if your ID information does not match your application information. 5. If we cannot connect with you after two tries, the next winner in line will contacted. After that call is over, one more attempt will be made to contact you. If you cannot be contacted, you will be considered as unwilling to participate and no further attempts will be made. 6. Event operators will be present during the call to protect the artist, and all video calls will be recorded. The call may be terminated if the contents of the call are determined to be inappropriate. 7. Please end the call after your video call with all members has been concluded. Your call may be disconnected if you do not end the call. 8. Please check your network environment and battery level before the event, since an unstable connection or low battery level may hinder your participation in the event. 9. Please do not place a call to the event ID used for the video call to ensure the smoothest event possible. If you place a call to the event ID during the event, your participation may be restricted. 10. This event includes a video call only, and artist autographs are not included in the event. 11. Additional details about the event will be provided when the event winners are announced.
