Operating Schedule - Date: From Wednesday, April 3 to Sunday, April 14, 2024 (KST) - Operating Hours: From 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM (KST) - Location: 1F Atrium at Lotte World Mall (Lotte World Mall 1F, 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul) [Entry Information] 1) You may enter the “minisode 3: TOMORROW” POP-UP after confirming your reservation through “Online Pre-Reservation” or “On-Site Queuing Reservation.” - To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, only a limited number of visitors may enter at one time. Please comply with guidance from the on-site staff. - Entry may be delayed or denied, depending on on-site conditions and the number of guests already waiting. 2) The “Online Pre-Reservation” will be held via NAVER Booking. - The “Online Pre-Reservation” registration page will be open at 12 PM, April 1 (KST) and again at 7 PM, April 5 (KST). - Please check @TOMORROW_POPUP to find out about the “Online Pre-Reservation” registration page and other detailed information. - The capacity of the “Online Pre-Reservation” for each round is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. * Each day will be divided into 11 rounds, starting at 10:30 AM and ending at 10:00 PM. - You can enter only after verifying your identity, so please make sure to make your reservation under your own name. - Please be sure to bring one of the physical documents specified below to verify the reservation holder’s identity. Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID, Confirmation Document for Youth ID Application Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - Your identity cannot be verified with a screenshot of the reservation page, and you may be denied entry if you are not the person who made the reservation. - If you are under the age of 14 and cannot make a reservation using your own NAVER ID, you must make a reservation using the account of your legal representative (family member), and enter your own information in the fields for the reserver’s name and contact information. - The “Online Pre-Reservation” is limited to one reservation per person per week. (e.g., you can make a total of two reservations: once within the first week’s reservation period and once within the second week’s reservation period) 3) If you would like to reserve a spot for on-site queuing, please visit our location and register for On-Site Queueing. A notification will be sent to you when it is your time to enter via text message or messenger app. - Upon receiving your entry notification, please wait in the designated POP-UP entry line. You may enter once you have checked your number. - In the case of an “On-Site Queuing Reservation,” your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not join the entry line within 20 minutes of receiving the entry notification. - Queuing reservations may close early, depending on on-site circumstances. 4) When you visit the site, you will receive a “logo sticker” as a Welcome Gift. * The logo sticker type varies each week. [How to Make a Purchase] 1) In the POP-UP store, you can purchase TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s 6th mini album, “minisode 3: TOMORROW” and its official merchandise. 2) For the official merchandise, you may purchase up to five pieces for each item/option per person. The payment may be denied or canceled if your purchase exceeds the purchase limit. 3) All items may sell out early. 4) All raffle events held at the site will end once the prizes are out of stock. 5) You will not be able to combine your receipts for the purpose of participating in any raffle events held on site. 6) Only Korean won (KRW) is accepted for all on-site transactions. 7) Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company. 8) Please consult the staff at the POP-UP store should you need additional information regarding other products and purchases. [OFFICIAL MERCH] - The “minisode 3: TOMORROW” POP-UP official merchandise is sold only at the POP-UP store during the operating period. [POP-UP LUCKY DRAW EVENT] 1) To celebrate the opening of the “minisode 3: TOMORROW” POP-UP, a “POP-UP LUCKY DRAW EVENT” will be held. Please be advised that we may ask that you change your order to scheduled delivery or cancel it depending on the inventory situation, even if you have already placed an order. 4) For detailed information about the “POP-UP LUCKY DRAW EVENT,” please check the SOUNDWAVE Online Mall below. [Use Guide] 1) CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the store for the safety of our customers and staff. 2) To ensure a comfortable viewing experience, bringing outside food or drinks into the store is prohibited. 3) There is a risk of damage to the displayed items, so please do not touch them. 4) Please refrain from actions that cause inconvenience to other users.
