Please read the details below carefully, and we look forward to your active participation and interest. ▶ PLAY X TOGETHER 2024 - Event Schedule: 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 20, 2024 (KST) - Number of Participants: 500 people (through a raffle) - Roll Call Location: In front of the 3F Gymnasium of Art & Design House, Myongji College (134, Gajwa-ro, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea) - Roll Call Date/Time: Tuesday, August 20, 2024 ◈ 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM TEAM SOOBIN / TEAM YEONJUN / TEAM BEOMGYU Numbers 1-100 ◈ 5:01 PM - 6:30 PM TEAM TAEHYUN / TEAM HUENINGKAI Numbers 1-100 / Late * In PLAY X TOGETHER 2024, teams will compete with each other in the games, and each team is composed of 1 TXT member and 100 people. Participants will be randomly assigned in teams in advance. Your teams and the winning numbers will be announced when the raffle winners are announced. * Please be mindful of the check-in time for each team. If you arrive later than your assigned time slot, you will be considered late and given the “Late” number in the corresponding team. You will be the last to enter, and your seat will be assigned in the far back as well. * If you fail to arrive on time for the roll call, please stand in order in the “LATE” line. * There will be games and programs that require your participation. Please be sure that you are physically fit and healthy to participate in the event. * Please be advised that you will be asked to change into the team uniform (T-shirt) provided at the site. * For your safety, please be sure to wear or bring comfortable clothes and shoes. * Taking photos or recording videos using your cell phone is allowed. However, you cannot install or bring other devices, such as tripods, DSLRs, and video recorders, to secure enough space for the event. * Personal cheer items (placards, slogans, cell phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) are not allowed. * The event will be streamed live via weverse LIVE. Some views may be obstructed due to on-site equipment and camera work. Also, you may appear in the streaming, given the nature of the event. Please refrain from participating if you do not wish to be streamed. <How to Apply> ▶ Eligibility * You can apply in advance only if you meet all three conditions below: - Holds MOA Membership (any shop) - Purchased more than one copy of “minisode 3: TOMORROW” albums (any version from Ethereal, Romantic, and Promise) from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL) - Purchased TOMORROW X TOGETHER “Official Light Stick” (any version, including on-site pickup) from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL) ** You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in this event (born before August 7, 2010). ** You must satisfy all of the above conditions to apply and participate in the event. ** Your purchases made before the event application will still be considered valid. ** Once the winners for the event are announced, all orders you used to enter the event participation will be set to "Preparing Products" status. You will not be able to cancel the order or request a refund even if you did not win the event. ▶ “PLAY X TOGETHER 2024” Application - Application Period: From 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 7 to 11:59 PM, Friday, August 9, 2024 (KST) - Winner Announcement: After 12:00 PM, Tuesday, August 13, 2024 (KST) - Application Link ** PLAY X TOGETHER 2024 application form includes MOA QUIZ. Winners will be raffled from the applicants who get the MOA QUIZ right. ** Please check your result, team, and entry number on the “My Events” page after the winner announcement time. ** This event is only for ages 14 and above who are eligible to sign up for MOA Membership (born before August 7, 2010). ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. You can participate only when your application follows the proper format. ** Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. ▶ PLAY X TOGETHER 2024 Weverse LIVE Information * To ensure that more MOAs can join the special summer sports festival exclusively for TOMORROW X TOGETHER and MOAs, the event will be live-streamed via the weverse Live (App & PC) for free. * Online live streaming is a real-time broadcast via Internet streaming; and the exact start and end times may depend on on-site and network circumstances. * Real-time subtitles will be provided in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Spanish on weverse Live. ▶ Things to Note * The entry wristband distributed during the roll call must be worn in all event venues. Your entry will be restricted if it is damaged or lost. * You will get a stamp on your wrist once your identity is verified to ensure smooth check-in. The ink is harmless to the body, but if you feel uncomfortable about it, you may choose not to participate (KC-certified product). * Please ensure you check in during the designated time slot corresponding to your team-specific winning number. * If you arrive outside of your designated time slot, you may not be able to check in, depending on on-site circumstances. * Please note that the seating assignments are unrelated to the check-in order. Forming a separate waiting line is prohibited. * During the games that involve a large number of participants, be sure to follow on-site staff’s instructions for everyone’s safety. We ask for your cooperation so that PLAY X TOGETHER 2024 will be safe and enjoyable for everyone. ▶ Important information 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in immediate disqualification of the entry number without exception. Those found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to PLAY X TOGETHER 2024. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application on social media is discouraged as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share the screen capture of your application with other people. (You may face disadvantages once we are notified of this fact.) <What to Bring to the Event> * You must bring the items for verification to enter the venue on the day of the event. * If you bring the items within the check-in time, you may undergo the verification process, but you may still not be allowed to enter, depending on on-site circumstances. ▶ ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean nationality holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean nationality holders: Passport, Alien Registration Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted as your ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. The information on your ID must match the information on your application to participate. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include your photo, date of birth (six digits), and full name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have the seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including your photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for your MOA Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID.
