[NOTICE] TOMORROW X TOGETHER YEONJUN “YEONJUN’s Mixtape: GGUM” Open Music Show Participation Guide and Important Information

Hello. This is your TOMORROW X TOGETHER fan club manager. We would like to provide you with a guide and important information when participating in the open music show. We ask that you carefully read the notice before participating so everyone at the music show can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner. The specific information for each open music show and its schedule will be notified separately. ▶ How to Participate in TOMORROW X TOGETHER YEONJUN “YEONJUN’s Mixtape: GGUM” Open Music Show [Eligibility] * You must satisfy all of the below conditions to apply and participate in the events. Please make sure to double check the detailed eligibility for each notice for individual open music show participation guide. 1) Those who are TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse MOA Membership holders 2) You must be 15 years of age or older(as of pre-recording date) to participate in the Open Music Show Events. [How to Participate] * The application page will open 10 minutes before the application period starts. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application within the deadline. * You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. * The application page will open based on the server time. * Please check your result and entry number on the "TXT Event Application History" page 30 minutes to 1 hour after the event application has ended. * The winners will be selected on a first come, first served basis based on the application start time. (KST) * You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. * Your surname / first name / contact details will be automatically entered based on the information you supplied when signing up for the MOA membership. If you fail to prove your identity with your ID during the check-in, you will be unable to participate in the event. * You will not be able to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. * Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. [Important Information] 1) In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for TOMORROW X TOGETHER YEONJUN “YEONJUN’s Mixtape: GGUM". 2) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 3) Posting a screenshot of your application on Twitter or other social media platforms may result in misuse of the information by others. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 4) You will not be able to apply multiple times for this event. (You can apply once per account.) 5) Once the raffle winners are announced, all orders you used to enter the event raffle will be set to "Preparing Products" status. You will not be able to cancel the order or request a refund even if you did not win the raffle. 6) * If you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, you cannot participate in the event. * Consent to the collection and use of personal information - Agent of collection: Weverse Company - Personal information provided to: Bighit Music Co.,Ltd - Purpose of collection: To check if a person is eligible to apply for the TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse MOA Membership event - Information collected: Name, contact details, email, date of birth - Period of retention and use: From the time of application to within 30 days after the event * However, if you are not a winner, the personal information you entered will be immediately discarded after the winners are announced. Applicants have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, they will be unable to apply for the event if they do. ▶ What to Bring to the Event - If you fail to bring any of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the event on the day and will be marked absent. - In case you manage to bring the item you forgot before the end of the roll call, you can enter through the “Late” line after the item has been checked. (The last call for the check-in time may vary depending on the open music show programs, we will inform you on-site.) 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots of IDs will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid forms of ID. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, clearly indicate date of birth(6-digit) and the holder’s name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency between pages, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for your MOA Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. * Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. Example) Name on ID: 최수빈 → Name on Application: 최수빈 (O) // Name on Application: CHOI SOOBIN (X) Name on ID: HUENING KAI → Name on Application: HUENING KAI (O) // Name on Application: 휴닝카이 (X) 2) Official Light Stick ▶ Precautions on Participating in the Open Music Show 1) Participants can only leave the open music show once all the performances are over. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guidance to ensure everyone’s safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) There may be restrictions on age or application depending on the show. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying. 3) Taking photographs or videos or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking videos or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or making audio recordings at the open music show, you may be subject to sanctions such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting company’s security team or staff. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your kind cooperation and understanding. ** If such an attempt is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. ** Engaging in such activities will result in a ban from future open music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone displays, dolls, fans, etc.) except the official TOMORROW X TOGETHER light stick are prohibited. 5) Engaging in dangerous behaviors such as running to the vehicle of TOMORROW X TOGETHER members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both the fans and TOMORROW X TOGETHER. 6) If you are assigned to a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 7) You may deliver your letters to the TOMORROW X TOGETHER members at the open music show. Please give them to the on-site staff, and they will pass them on to the members. ** Any gift other than the letters cannot be handed over. Please regularly check for updates to this notice, as certain information may be subject to change. We do not hold responsibility for any adverse effects from a failure to check this notice.
