How To Enter the Fansign Raffle ※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after your submission, so please make sure your information is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information. 1. You can enter the raffle on Weverse. 2. You can enter the raffle after entering the required information as instructed on the fansign event page on Weverse. Your information cannot be changed after your submission, so please make sure all your information is correct. - Name (The person who is entering the raffle) - Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format, 8 digits) - Valid mobile phone number - If you can attend the fansign 3. You must manually enter the raffle on Weverse in order to participate in the raffle event. 4. The number of raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, not the number of orders. For album sets, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the sets. ※ 100% of the album sales on Weverse Shop count for Hanteo Chart and Gaon Chart. ※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice. ※ Detailed directions for the fansign will be posted later in the raffle winner announcement. Please Note (When entering the raffle) 1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join the artist's Weverse community with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the albums. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on the artist Weverse, in which you are logged in with Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album. 2. The raffle is based on the time of raffle entry and the time of payment for the album. 3. The winner announcement and the event process will be based on and use the information you submitted to the raffle. 4. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.) 5. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to HYBE and BELIFT LAB (The duration of the collected and used personal information: discarded within 7 days after the event ends.) 6. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred to another person, and you will be denied admission to the fansign if your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match. 7. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle. 8. The deliveries for the albums ordered during the event period as well as other orders that contain the albums will start after the raffle event period ends. 9. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended. 10. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean government or circumstances at the event venue or location. Please Note 1. MANIFESTO : DAY 1 (Weverse Albums ver.) 2. Signs are provided only on the album you bring to the event. If you do not bring the album with you, your admission to the event may be restricted. A new album will not be available at the premise, and signs will not be provided for other mediums such as a separate sheet of paper. 3. Signed CD will not be provided to the raffle winner if the raffle winner does not attend the fansign event. Please Note (If you won the fansign) 1. The date, time, and location of the fansign as well as the raffle winner verification and admission details will be posted with the winner announcement. 2. Please bring your valid photo ID for verification if you are attending the fansign. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), or South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers) - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport or Certification of alien registration * Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) are not allowed. * Those who submit passports issued after December 21, 2020 must submit passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. 3. International participants can ONLY be verified with the English name on their passport. 4. The name, the photo, and the date of birth on your photo ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if the information of your photo ID does not match the information submitted for the raffle entry. 5. The name you entered into the raffle will be signed by the artist(s), and signed only on the album. 6. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced in the winner announcement. You are strictly prohibited from changing seats in any way or setting up cameras and tripods at locations that are not your seat. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted out of the premises. 7. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with this artist in the future. 8. Fans who violate fanclub etiquette may be restricted from participating in the fansign, or escorted out of the premises without prior notice. This applies to all raffle winners including the subscribers of the artist’s Global Official Fanclub Membership. 9. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the fansign venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted. 10. Due to social distancing measures, you will not be allowed to directly give the artist photo props. The staff will receive the photo props from you and deliver the props to the artist. Please understand that the artist may not be able to fully use your photo prop at the fansign. You may retrieve the props after the end of the event. 11. You are strictly forbidden from video-recording or voice-recording while you get your album autographed. [COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Fansign Venue] 1. The raffle winners must not be a confirmed case on the day of the fansign, or released from quarantine prior to the fansign to be allowed to participate in the fansign. 2. Your body temperature will be measured before you enter the venue. If your temperature is higher than 37.5°C, you will be asked to test yourself using a COVID-19 test kit, provided by the staff. If your kit test result is positive, you will be prohibited from participating in the fansign. 3. There will be transparent partitions between you and the artist. Please observe medical guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, and etc.) inside and out of the fansign event. If you do not observe these guidelines, you may be escorted out of the premises. 4. You will be escorted out of the premises if you refuse to wear your mask, consume food (other than water) inside the venue. You will not be allowed to cancel your purchases or request refunds if you are escorted off the premises for your inappropriate behavior. Please remember to wear your mask during the fansign! 5. If you do not observe the guidelines above, you may cause delays for the event and as a result you may be restricted from participating in the fansign event. 6. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
