We would like to provide you with some information on how you can participate in TOMORROW X TOGETHER <BEOMEDIO> EP.08 in person on Friday, February 7, 2025. Please read the details below on how to participate before applying. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. ▶ <BEOMEDIO> EP.08 In-Person Event - Scheduled Event Time: 7 PM, Friday, February 7, 2025 (KST) - Number of Participants: 500 people (selected through a raffle) - Roll Call Location: 2F, Naksan Hall, Hansung University (118 Samseongyo-ro 16-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea) - Roll Call Schedule: Friday, February 7, 2025 ◈ From 4:30 PM to 6 PM / Numbers 1 - 500 * Tickets will be distributed during the roll call, and all seating assignments will be random. *Check-in numbers are for the purpose of determining the check-in time for identity verification and are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in during your corresponding roll call time. * Please note that the seating assignments are unrelated to the check-in order. Forming a separate waiting line is prohibited. * If you arrive outside of your designated time slot, you may not be able to check in. * Please only apply if you can attend on the day of the event. * Event Entry Time: From 6 PM to 6:50 PM, Friday, February 7, 2025 (KST) [Important Information] * You are allowed to take photos and videos with mobile phones at the event. However, shooting devices such as DSLRs, camcorders, tripods, or any other equipment that may take up space in the venue are not permitted. *Personal cheer items (placards, slogans, cell phone neon apps, dolls, fans, etc.) are not permitted in the venue. * The event will be live-streamed via Weverse LIVE. Certain viewing angles may be restricted due to on-site equipment and camera work. ▶ How to Apply ** Only MOA Membership holders who have purchased at least three copies (regardless of version) among the KNIGHT, SAVIOR, and LOVER versions of the “The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY” album from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL) are eligible to apply. ** You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in this event (born on or before January 28, 2011). ** You must satisfy all of the above conditions to apply and participate in the event. ▶ <BEOMEDIO> EP.08 In-Person Event Application - Application Period: From 12 PM, Tuesday, January 28 to 6 PM, Wednesday, January 29, 2025 (KST) - Winner announcement: After 1 PM, Saturday, February 1, 2025 (KST) ▶ Application Link ** You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. ** You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. ** You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. ** Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. ▶ <BEOMEDIO> EP.08 Weverse LIVE Information * <BEOMEDIO> EP.08 will also be live-streamed, so that even more MOAs can enjoy the event. You can freely watch the show on the Weverse LIVE (App or PC) channel. - Online live streaming is a real-time broadcast via internet streaming, and the exact start and end times may be subject to change depending on on-site and network circumstances. - Real-time subtitles will be provided in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Spanish on Weverse LIVE. ▶ Important Information 1) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the event as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to event no-shows. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application on X or other social media platforms may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 3) You will not be able to enter multiple times. (You can enter once per account) 4) Even once the application period is over, you can still request cancellation or refund of the event products before the winners are announced. However, if you request cancellation or refund, your event win may be invalidated. 5) Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of your personal information to third parties. * Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. - Recipient: BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd. - Purpose of Collection: For identifying eligibility for the TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse MOA Membership event and managing the <BEOMEDIO> EP.08 venue. - Information Collected: Name, phone number, email address, date of birth - Period of Retention and Use: Within 1 year after the event conclusion (Information of applicants other than the winners will be terminated within 3 months after the event conclusion) * You have the right to refuse to provide consent to the collection and use of personal information but will not be able to apply for the event should you choose to do so. ▶ What to Bring to the Event - If you fail to bring any of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the event on the day. 1) Purchase of at least three copies (regardless of version) of the standard “The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY” album (KNIGHT, SAVIOR, or LOVER version) from Weverse Shop (Global). - Only customers who have purchased at least three copies of the standard “The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY” album (KNIGHT, SAVIOR, or LOVER version) from Weverse Shop (GLOBAL) are eligible to enter the event. - The staff will not check the physical album on-site on the day of the event. - Any version of the album will be accepted. (Purchase of 1 set product or 3 or more of random products / Including the purchases made to enter the raffle for the fan signing or fan showcase events.) 2) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, residence card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) *** Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Photographs, printouts or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. * Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. * If you applied in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and for your cooperation. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. * While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. * If you entered your name in English when signing up for your MOA Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. ** Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. If you engage in activities that result in conflict with the on-site security team, including leaving in the middle of the performance, you may be subject to disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guidance to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing experience for everyone. 2) Each event may have different age restrictions on entry and application. Please make sure to check the details before you apply. 3) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) except the official TOMORROW X TOGETHER light stick is prohibited. 4) Engaging in dangerous behaviors such as running to the vehicle of TOMORROW X TOGETHER members arriving or leaving is extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such actions, you will be banned from participating in future events. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both the fans and TOMORROW X TOGETHER. 5) You may deliver your letters to the TOMORROW X TOGETHER members at the event. Please give them to the on-site staff, and they will pass them on to the members. ** Any gift other than the letters cannot be handed over. We ask that you carefully read the notice before participating so everyone at the event can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner.
