We would like to provide you with some important information on <TOMORROW X TOGETHER 6th anniversary X odd> and purchasing of merchandise. 1. Key Information - Operating Period: From Friday, February 28 to Thursday, March 13, 2025 (closed every Monday) - Operating Hours: From 12 PM to 9 PM (KST) - Location: 1st floor (Cafe odd), 17 World Cup-ro 10-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul 2. Entry Information for Each Zone The cafe is divided into two zones. There is a different entry method for each zone. See below for details. (1) Reservation Zone In this zone, you can purchase merchandise, beverages and cakes, and enjoy them after taking a seat. To ensure smooth operation at the venue, only customers who have booked in advance through “NAVER BOOKING” will be seated. > Cafe Name - odd (1st floor, 17 World Cup-ro 10-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul) > Reservation Dates - At 10 AM, Saturday, February 22: Reservations for visits between Friday, February 28 and Thursday, March 6 will open - At 10 AM, Saturday, March 1: Reservations for visits between Friday, March 7 and Thursday, March 13 will open > Reservation Link - https://booking.naver.com/booking/6/bizes/1325716/items/6521939/?preview=1&startDate=2025-02-28 > Reservation Information - Reservations can be made only once per ID per date of visit through the link above. - In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified ID can make the reservation. - Customers who are under 14 years old can make the reservation with the ID of their legal guardians. - You are making a reservation for a table which can accommodate up to 2 visitors. If your party exceeds 2 visitors, please use another account to make a split reservation. - For example: If you are coming alone or with 1 other person, make only 1 reservation. / If you are a party of 3, make 2 reservations with 2 accounts. - In the Reservation Zone, each person must order at least one cake. - Before entering the zone, the staff will check your reservation confirmation page before letting you in. You must show the staff your web reservation page or the app after logging in. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. - The number of people who can make a reservation for each session is limited, so reservations may close early. - You can change your reservation only if there are available slots. However, since reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, you might not be able to change your reservation. - Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. - Your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not show up at your reservation time. You can line up in front of the cafe starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. Please refrain from lining up earlier to avoid congestion on-site. > Other Important Information - You can stay in the Reservation Zone for 1 hour after you enter. You can purchase merchandise, beverages, or cakes and enjoy them during this time. - You must order at least 1 cake in the Reservation Zone. For example: If you are alone, order 1 cake. / If you are in a party of 2, order 2 cakes. - The number of cakes will be automatically reserved according to the number of visitors specified in the reservation. You can select the type of cake when you order on-site. Please note that you may not be able to choose depending on availability. - Latecomers will not be granted extensions. For example: If you come 20 minutes late, you will only be able to stay for 40 minutes. - Once your reserved time slot has completely passed, it will be treated as a no-show, and entry will not be allowed. - The cake purchase limit may change depending on on-site circumstances. - You can stay in the Reservation Zone only during the hour specified in your reservation. After the time has passed, the staff may ask you to leave. - You cannot re-enter after leaving. - Except for the pre-ordered cakes, all products including food and beverages may sell out early. Reservations cannot be canceled or refunded because of sold-out products. (2) On-Site Standby Zone Visitors to the On-Site Standby Zone can wait on-site and enter in order without needing to make a reservation in advance. Merchandise, beverages, and cakes can be purchased in the On-Site Standby Zone as well. > Other Important Information - Customers in the On-Site Standby Zone can only order beverages and cakes for takeaway. They cannot use the Reservation Zone or eat inside the venue. - Waiting times may vary depending on the number of visitors in the line. - To ensure safe and smooth entry, the number of visitors entering and staying in the venue will be controlled. Please note that there may be a delay in entry as a result. - You cannot re-enter after leaving. - All products including food and beverages may sell out early. 3. Making Your Purchase and Precautions - Products may sell out early before your visit. - The limit to the number of items including food and beverages 1 visitor can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be denied or canceled if the number exceeds the purchase limit. - You can check the purchase limit for each product in the cafe. It may change depending on availability. - The shopping bags are provided at a cost to the customers who purchase the products. A separate purchase cannot be made without a valid reason. - Cash is not accepted. Please make your payment via credit card or electronic payment (Samsung Pay or Apple Pay). - Please consult the staff at the cafe should you need additional information regarding other products and purchases. 4. Exchanges and Refunds - Food items and beverages cannot be exchanged or canceled after purchase. - Exchanges and refunds are available for merchandise only. Bring the item, receipt, and payment method to the cafe within 14 days of your purchase, and you will be offered an exchange or a refund. - Exchanges and refunds are available only at the cafe during the cafe operating period. - After the cafe operating period, refunds will not be available even for items within the 14-day refund window. - For inquiries about exchanges after the cafe operating period is over, please contact us by email (popup@hybecorp.com). - If you wish to exchange an item due to a defect but the item is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same item, and a refund will be issued. - A refund will be made using your initial payment method, and the gift you received along with your purchase must also be returned. - Refund or exchange will be denied in the following cases: > The gift provided upon purchase is not returned or is damaged > Damage to the product, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer > Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, and signs of being washed > Depreciation of product value to the extent that it cannot be resold 5. Important Information - Parking is not available in the building. Please use nearby parking lots or public transportation. We do not offer assistance related to parking. - You may bring in outside food and beverages. However, you may not consume them on-site. - Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding. - Any photography or video recording for commercial or promotional purposes that are not agreed upon in advance is forbidden (bloggers, influencers, streamers, etc.). - CCTV surveillance cameras are in operation to ensure the safety of our customers. - We may take photos or videos inside and around the store. The results may be uploaded on HYBE’s official channels, social media, public media, etc., and may include customers. We ask for your understanding. - Please do not wait in line overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. * There were errors in the price display of some items in our 6th-anniversary merchandise images.
